The environment is pleasant, and the hot springs are good, with quite a few foreigners enjoying them. The main issue lies with the management. Given their strong ability to attract guests, why don't they invest in renovating the hotel's hardware? Why isn't the broken part outside the fifth-floor window of the VIP building being fixed? And why aren't the shuttle buses being repaired? It's like the old saying, 'mend and make do for another three years!'

Amazing. After 18 month in China this was my first noise-free night! The compound is extensive and beautiful ( some parts are still being renovated), the rooms a massive and amazingly beautiful, the reception staff helpful und the breakfast delicious and plentiful.
