Timton Fuhe Hotel

This is the third time I've visited this hotel. Thank you for fixing the errors, the water in the bathrooms works perfectly, the pool is clean, and you can swim throughout the entire area. 🫶You've made improvements here. Thank you. However, the hotel now has cockroaches, and they are present on every floor, from the first to the seventh. The hotel should undergo a cockroach-control treatment. ❗️Please be mindful of this.

We booked seaview rooms. Our rooms was at 10th floor with wide, but not full seaview. Anyway the scene was beautiful. There is bath on balcony - written hot spring - don’t know if that was hot spring, but smell of chlore wasn’t from water. Pool is large and very warm (end of June). There was problem with deposit. We paid it with weixin. We mentioned at reception that we need that deposit back at check out day, because after one day we will leave China. I got my deposit back when I was in plane to home (Europa) and there was no use of yuan any more. Sea is just woow..warm and beautifull. Sandy. We liked very much our stay.

The hotel is old and there were problems with the electricity all the time. Electricians came over a couple of times, but the problems were solved only temporarily. I changed a room to another one, but there were still problems with the light or wifi there. The service was good since every time there occurred an issue, somebody would come over to fix it. However, it’s not enjoyable to wait and fix these issues so frequently.

Very lovely and friendly staff. Rooms are very beautiful and clean, beds are very comfortable. Outdoor Pool and kids indoor park are great. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese food, for Western food lovers there is also a good coffee, eggs omelette and bread with jam/ honey/ condensed milk. Fried rice was not very tasty (too much fat oil) but still ok.   The location is just perfect: it is close to the Phönix airport and also very close to the beach (only 5 minutes walking distance).  With the room reservation we got some great gifts from the hotel : kids activity and a photo shooting incl. make-up and a gordeous dress (5 Photos are for free, additional photos are 20 rmb per photo) - both gifts were really amazing! Many thanks to the Hotel. We had a great stay and will recommend this hotel to all our friends who will travel to Sanya.

I have spent in Timton Hotel 8 days and now I can present my own review on this hotel. The location and the views, that opens from the balcony are awesome. Hotel provides live music at nights (together with ocean view it is perfect). These were the advantages of this hotel. Now let's go to the disadvantages (there are so many of them). Service: After check-in we have found that the TV in our room was broken (look the uploaded photos), the safe box was also broken, the toilet flush was working from time to time. We notified the staff, which after some time told us, that all systems were checked and repaired (but everything was absolutely the same, not working). Food: From day to day hotel serves you the same types of dishes (about 20 or 30 kinds) and there are almost no changes in dishes (except of 2-3). Hainan island is very rich with fruits but hotel will present you only 2 of them (fresh orange and watermelon, or melon and guava etc.). The traditional Hainan fruits are canned fruits, which I find very dissapointing (remember, that you are staying in 5 star hotel). Room: Except of the problems that were mentioned above, there are more related to the rooms itself. Old furniture, very unconvenient location of room light switches and their work modes (some switches do not do nothing). Moreover, there is no light on the balcony where the bath tub is located (no safety at all). The abscense of the door and windows in bathroom (there are curtains instead of doors/windows), such decision I cannot understand from the logical point of view). Conclusion: I was dissapointed why this hotel for such amount of money serves so poor service. Strongly recomment to double revise your decision if you want to stay here.

My 2nd stay in this hotel. Nice beach view, good swimming pools. Breakfast could have more better.
