Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

We stayed at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay with two adults and two children in a Luxury Pool Twin Room. The overall ambiance was fantastic, with a strong Southeast Asian tropical vibe. The 48㎡ room with two queen-sized beds was spacious and comfortable. After communicating in advance, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, perfectly meeting the needs of our family of four. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly to the public pool, so we could step out and swim immediately. The pool had lifeguards, making it safe and convenient for kids to play in the water. The resort grounds were lush with greenery, featuring an indoor kids' club and a shallow wading pool. There were daily family activities like bubble parties, and the children absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to both young and old tastes. The hotel's buggy service provided convenient transfers to and from the beach. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff offered attentive service. The strong sense of privacy, coupled with all the amenities for kids, made it a one-stop, worry-free vacation. It's a highly recommended family-friendly resort with great value for money in Yalong Bay.

The room was spacious, and there was a huge swimming pool that the kids absolutely loved. On our first day, my child accidentally got their hand caught in a door, but the room manager, Max, and the hotel's emergency response team were excellent. They immediately sent ice and disinfectants. The room itself was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the shuttle service was always available on call. I felt very reassured during our stay.

First time staying here, and it exceeded my expectations! Had a fantastic experience. It's perfect for families who love spending time in the pool. Compared to other noisy family hotels, I much prefer this one – it's quiet, comfortable, clean, and stylish.

The front desk service was indeed excellent, they really tried to meet guests' needs. They even let me check out two hours late without a fuss, which I really appreciated – very understanding and accommodating. However, the room facilities are quite old. The musty, damp smell at night made it hard to sleep, and the sofa had some stains that… well, let's just say adults would recognize them. Breakfast was very mediocre, and they start clearing up surprisingly early. I went down at 10 AM and there was hardly anything left, and I felt very rushed. I later found out they close breakfast at 10 AM, which is definitely a noticeable difference compared to other five-star hotels. I didn't get to use any of the other services offered by the hotel, as most of them require booking a day in advance, and I simply didn't have enough time.

We stayed at Myanmar Villa for three days this time, and the staff were all very friendly. Our butler, Yiming, was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. The hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was very comfortable. The kids loved the private pool so much they didn't want to get out! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and hopefully, we'll get a room upgrade then.

The butler reached out in advance to ask about our needs. I thought it would just be a standard room, but I was pleasantly surprised! They added a bed rail because we had a very young baby and even thoughtfully provided baby toiletries. The hotel room opens right out to a large swimming pool, which is perfect for kids. There's also a lifeguard by the pool.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Although there's a slight inconvenience since you need to take a shuttle, they'll pick you up with just a phone call. The only downside was that we encountered a typhoon during our stay, which unfortunately dampened the otherwise great atmosphere. The living room in our villa even leaked, so we had to quickly finish our meal, unplug everything, and retreat to our room. Overall, though, the room itself was very clean. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back.

The room type is great; the pool is right outside the balcony door, which is super convenient. There are even paddleboards to play with in the pool. The hotel's photo shoot service was excellent, and I got my pictures back very quickly. Nice!

Choosing Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort for our stay was a brilliant decision! The location is superb, close to the beach and within easy reach of Bailu Valley Commercial Street, making getting around a breeze. The hotel staff were incredibly patient in answering our questions about family-friendly activities, and their service was attentive and professional. Our vacation experience far exceeded our expectations. The Southeast Asian-style villas are exceptionally clean, and the private pool is well-maintained. We'll definitely be back!
