Great location
20 minutes away from airport. 5 minutes away from Sanya bay beach
Good price.
Furniture is a bit old.
Air conditioner doesn't work well. It doesn't cool down the room.
There is now elevator to 38th floor.
You have to take stairs from 37th floor.

4th time long term visitor. Management is doing a noticeable effort to keep improving services and facilities so they deserve a good comment. Rooms are very high top floor and have nice views of the bay. But I wont come back to Sanya Bay, the whole long of the beach has been ruined by the jet skis, it is now unpleasant to walk and crazy dangerous to swim.

I live on the top floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 37th floor and I still have to walk up the stairs. I went out for an hour and came back and the door was locked.
