In addition, our front desk has staff on duty 24 hours a day, and the hotel also has security guards patrolling regularly. 2. Regarding the invoice: Since your order was booked and paid for through the Ctrip platform, the payment was collected directly by Ctrip. According to the regulations of the State Taxation Administration, invoices must be issued by the payee. Therefore, please apply for an invoice directly through the order page of the Ctrip APP. Ctrip will provide you with a formal electronic invoice. 3.
