Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya

Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Tidy. Service: Our butler, Gina, was fantastic! She brought us fruit, helped us switch rooms, and extended our check-out time. Her service was very thoughtful. Location: The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to the night market, commercial street, and Yalong Bay Beach, all right next door.

This was my first time staying at a five-star hotel, and overall, the experience was great! Gina from guest services was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs. When I booked, there weren't any king-sized beds available, so I opted for a family suite. The room was spacious, the hot water was quick and strong, and it even had a courtyard. I'd definitely come back to stay here with kids in the future!

DIY Handcraft Activities: Fun and engaging, the kids absolutely loved it! 🥳 Cute Baby Baking (Sushi/Cookies/Chocolate Sticks/Cupcake Making): We participated in the cupcake 🧁 making, and my child felt a great sense of accomplishment. They loved it so much and said they want to come back again! 😄 Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. Our 'Nai Long' themed room was on the 8th floor, and honestly, the view from the corridor was an unexpected bonus – absolutely stunning! When the weather is good ☁️, the sea looks so beautiful 😻 and incredibly therapeutic~ Facilities: For the price, the facilities are incredibly comprehensive. The pool, gym, kids' club, indoor and outdoor activities are all available, plus a beach lounge area, shuttle bus, aquarium 🐟, and restaurant. The mermaid 🧜‍♀️ performance during dinner already far exceeds the value of the price itself. Environment: It's conveniently located near three major commercial streets, making it super easy to get around. There are also many dining options nearby. Service: Gina from Guest Services was wonderful ❤️. She made my entire vacation delightful. No matter what issues arose, she resolved them immediately, which was beyond expectations! 👍 Sanya has been in the public eye recently, but my family and I love it here as always. Only those who have visited will understand. We've returned countless times and I will definitely be back. I just wanted to relax at the hotel and on the beach 🏖️.

Absolutely loved it! The facilities are great, and our butler Gina was incredibly attentive! She brought us whatever we needed in under three minutes – so thoughtful, I loved it!!! Truly amazing. We moved from Dadonghai to the Yalong Bay Wing Hotel. Check-in was a breeze, and Gina from Guest Services provided exceptional butler-style service throughout our stay. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, responding promptly to all our requests. The hotel even upgraded our room, which made our family's stay very pleasant. The lake-view family room was thoughtfully designed, and the pool villa was spacious and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time, and we'll definitely choose the Wing Hotel again on our next trip to Sanya.

Shuttle bus to and from CDF Sanya International Duty-Free City: Very convenient. Gina provided excellent service. The hygiene was also very good, and the room was great. My elderly family member fractured a bone, and she even came to check on them, showing great care. Dining was also very convenient, with many options at Bailu Valley and Buzai Ke nearby, offering a wide variety of choices and flavors, all highly recommended. Next time, I might choose a villa, they look really good.

Traveled with my baby during the May Day holiday to avoid the crowds. The hotel has nice decor, well-equipped rooms, and excellent service. Plus, it has a kids' play area, a water park, and even an underwater restaurant. The best part is its proximity to the beach – just across the street! It's super convenient for playing in the water, enjoying the sea, and doing activities.

The room was very neat and clean. The staff were all very attentive and quickly resolved any issues we had. They even brought us fruit and a small cake during our stay. Upon arrival and departure, they proactively helped us with our luggage. I was very satisfied with my stay!
