We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The resort is in need of some maintenance but the best part of the hotel is friendly dedicated staff who were all very friendly. Our dedicated staff member was Alex who I could easily message on WeChat for any assistance. Alex was attentive and noticed we like the free fruit plate so he made sure we got another one each day. Alex also easily helped us move to another room with better air conditioning and did not make us feel like we were causing any hassle. He also gave us a souvenir necklace before checking out which was greatly appreciated. The pool is separate for young children and adults which is good and they organise a pool bubble party which children and adults enjoyed. Overall there is a feeling that the resort and all staff are there you please you and would recommend it anyone looking for a great value resort.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, and the service is a great advantage. Compared with other rooms and villas, it is more cost-effective, which is why I chose this hotel. It is very suitable for vacation, and Alex, the housekeeper, has good service.

Good location, close to many eatery places. Good hotel for with kids. Got lots of activity for kids. Swimming is huge with warmer. Special thanks to Amy, who are always very prompt with my requests. Amy also always keep me updated on the daily activities happening in the hotel. Thanks Amy for making my stay fabulous and comfortable. :)

We stayed at Palace Resort Yalong Bay Hotel with my husband and were very pleased with our experience! The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean.
The staff is excellent! Everyone is polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Ms Cici— she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.
The hotel is perfect for families with children — there is a kids’ pool where children can have a great time. The grounds are well-maintained, the beach is nearby, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants in the area. Wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous, the staff were very helpful and professional. The housekeepers were great and our room was cleaned and restocked everyday. The location is amazing, with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach only a few minutes walk away - The breakfast buffet was brilliant with lots to choose from, from western to Chinese and lots of delicious fresh fruit to choose. Me and my partner with definitely be returning at some point, we absolutely loved our trip in Yalong bay.

We had an amazing stay at one of the private pool villas. I wished we had booked for longer. The butler service from Alex Xiao Yang was great.
The mini program for the hotel is excellent and items are delivered within minutes.
The location for the hotel is great. It is a short walk across the road to the beach and a supermarket and on the doorstep of the Yalong bay night market.

Amazing staff and amazing resort for families! Perfect location for beach and night market. Western food options available at hotel and nearby. Room was clean and staff were extremely nice, kind, polite, and seemed to enjoy their job. Amy was really helpful to our family. Also the pool kid toys workers were very kind and helpful!

We had a great time in the Hotel. Very gracious staff. Special thanks to Ms Gina for offering her assistance at the time of checking in. Understanding that we know only English, she shared her Wechat immediately for assistance on any matter. She responded to all calls of assistance promptly. The Staff is very helpful, responsive and polite. The Hotel is at a very good location being very close to Yalong Bay Beach which is open for Public. We have a variety of options available in breakfast where good quality food is served with great affection.
