Sanya Tiancheng Belmont Oceanview Suite Hotel

This hotel in Sanya Bay boasts an excellent location. The sunset views from the infinity pool or the rooftop bar are simply impeccable. The butler service, in particular, was outstanding, with any issues resolved immediately. We'll definitely book again after the holiday for my parents to stay here.

False advertising and misleading. They used videos of the neighboring 5-star hotel and its playground. Why didn't they show their own entrance, lobby, and check-in desk officially? The names are even different. The full name of this hotel is Tiancheng Central Coast Seaview Hotel, and it has no relation to the Belmont Hotel next door. The hotel facilities are old, and the elevator is outdated. Very poor.

I've been to Sanya at least once a year for the past 6 years, and I've definitely had some less-than-ideal experiences. This was my first time bringing my child, and honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially. However, as soon as I opened the room door, all my worries disappeared. The sea view was spectacular and endless, offering a clear sight of boats going out and returning. Downstairs, there are two swimming pools, and my little one absolutely loved playing in the infinity pool. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our butler, BOBO, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, promptly and cheerfully assisting with directions to the beach and arranging a late check-out. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby.

The room was clean and well-equipped, creating a great vacation atmosphere. The service was excellent, with prompt responses to any issues. The location was also good. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sanya.
