Herton Hotel Sanya offers great location, friendly staff, decent rooms, but facilities are basic. Good budget option near beach.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness. Environment around is peaceful. Train just somewhere 5min walk. The lounge is under construction, too bad. Buffet is not as show from photos, just normal simple breakfast like noodle porridge and pau, i would rather suggest to eat outside food. There was uncle smoking in the buffet restaurant, wondering it would not trigger the fire alarm? The robot could improve because too far from the room door, could set closer in case resident forget and the door closed.

Hotel location is excellent, house keeper Ms Zhao very polite and made our room so tidy and clean, give her 5* rating, the lady at the reception is also providing excellent service. Highly recommended my friends to stay Herton Hotel Sanya

Location of hotel is great. Check in counter staffs 7.5 /10 Hotel room layout can be improved. As hotel is so close to the beach, the balcony with 2 sofa chairs are redundant. The layout of the TV is in awkward location. Shower gel , shampoo not enough for 2 person Breakfast quality can be improved.

Nice room at 4th floor with sea view and balcony. Small but with all the necessary for a short staying. Breakfast with good choices and quality only Chinese style. At the reception Bingbing was friendly and helpful.
