We stayed for 8 nights in Baohong hotel. Here are the pros: - good location, nearby restaurants and nice beach - clean rooms, always fast and on time Cons: - the breakfast is terrible. It’s always cold and no variations. For 118 CNY you could have created something better. - the bed is terrible. Feels like you are laying on a wooden plank. - no English whatsoever, learn Chinese 🤦♂️ - no private beach as it was before, nowhere to lay down - swimming pool doesn’t get clean at all, it’s super dirty with leaves and grass

Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

The Four Seasons Ocean Courtyard Hotel Sanya is a nice destination for those seeking a convenient location in the city, a pleasant stay, reasonable prices and great amenities. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each stay has been wonderful. Whenever I visit Sanya, this hotel is always on my list. The check-in process is smooth, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the balcony offers stunning panoramic views where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. One of the highlights of staying here is the breathtaking infinity pool, absolutely love the views! Additionally, the hotel provides a small playground for kids and a fish pool. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Sanya.

The hotel is very old, the room we stayed in definitely needs renovation, and probably so do other rooms. The view is nice, though. The biggest disappointment was “private beach”. As the hotel staff pointed out, all the beaches in Sanya are now public, so no private beach whatsoever. The only thing the hotel could offer is a private gate to the beach, which was only open for one day during our stay, then it got closed because of some construction works at the beach. So, to get to the beach, we needed to take a detour through the main street which was awfully inconvenient. Just imagine going all the way back covered in sand and everything😡 The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them was closed. The other one was fine, no problem here. All in all, the hotel was quite a disappointment, not going back there again.

Service: The hotel's service is super good. It makes people feel that it is a ”well-respected but not uncomfortable” service. That kind of just right experience makes me feel that I regret staying for one night. This vacation is the best. Even if I encounter a small flaw, I feel that I am too embarrassed to bother others. 🙃🙃 I called the hotel one day in advance to find out my needs and arrival time. I instantly compared the places where I stayed in Ximou and Tianmou a few days ago, and I regretted having a ”refugee” hotel experience. Although the first step made me feel that I had already felt the warm greetings from the hotel in advance even before I arrived. After checking in, I didn't have to wait for a long time, and I was honored to be greeted by John as soon as I got off the car. He explained to me the dining rules and included items in my room package. He said that the travel photo shoot was unnecessary. It was completely useless. If you want to upgrade later after the photo shoot, don't use it to fill the bill. You might as well give me some dining vouchers. As for the discount, after all, I am really lazy to go out to eat, so I just want to stay in a hotel. The room was great, and I instantly fell in love with the Chinese style of the Hualuxe Hotel. I was originally worried about how the resort-style Hualuxe Hotel would interpret the Chinese style. The design of the room and the decoration of the lobby all revealed Chinese characteristics. But the hotel's handling and promptness made me feel that I didn't care at all. The whole stay experience makes me look forward to my second stay, and next time, I will definitely stay for more than two nights. I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

The room is quite decent, and the breakfast buffet was relatively good. However, the front desk service did not meet the expectations based on the previous review. One of their staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Overall, our stay are quite pleasant but don't think we will choose to stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.

The hotel has a great location for families,for a single person it's a bit far from all the fun (but solvable by Didi).The room was really nice, super clean,the staff friendly, fast&easy to get to the airport, and there were some nice restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was totally worth it (58rmb), good selection of Chinese and western food.You just need to cross the road to be at the beach which was awesome!The pool is placed over the entrance so it gives a nice view, it's quite small tho and there are only like six sunbeds. Overall, I would def recommend it :)
