O atendimento excelente principalmente do barzinho que tinha um caldo e macarronada maravilhosa. Mas quanto as toalhas eram horríveis ja então com mais de 4 anos de uso e então horríveis mesmo lavando não prestam. Lamentável.

Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com os atendentes do hotel.
No ato do check in, com minha reserva já paga, solicitei mediante disponibilidade, a troca de duas camas solteiro para outro quarto cama casal da mesma categoria.
Porém mesmo com dois quartos disponíveis, fui informada pelos atendentes M e R que somente seria possível me hospedar nos quartos disponíveis cama casal se eu fizesse uma nova reserva, questionados sobre a situação, foram extremadamente intransigentes, inflexíveis e irônicos.
A situação se tornou tão constrangedora, que tive que sair do hotel, sem utilizar minha reserva que já estava paga, já bem tarde da noite, cansada e tive que buscar outro hotel para me hospedar.
Fica aqui o meu desabafo e feed back.
Funcionários da recepção extremamente despreparados e sem postura para atendimento ao público.

Tirando o atendimento dos colaboradores, que foi de extrema cortesia e amabilidade o resto do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Quartos com péssima iluminação, colchões velhos, as molas do colchão pegando nas costas. Chuveiro com ducha insuficiente, descarga do vaso com pouca pressão. O Café da manhã com poucas variedades, pães secos e velhos. Ainda bem que foi somente uma noite.

Boa localização, com vários restaurantes próximos. Nao acho prudente caminhar à noite. Fiquei em quartos com vista para o mar e para a lagoa. Belíssimos. Colchões desconfortáveis. Bom atendimento. Bom custo beneficio. Retornaria.
