Evite room near the lift, room no.it has good acoustic, so there was everything outside, in the rest , educated staff, clean and spacious room, we went in family and asked the cabin for our daughter, excellent experience! ..

Hotel muy funcional y de fácil acceso, considerando el caos de tráfico de Sao Paulo. Situado en el barrio de Sao Caetano, se encuentra a 45 min del aeropuerto internacional de Guarulhos, aunque el tiempo de acceso depende de la hora del dia Un hotel muy funcional, para negocios, con un check-in rápido, personal muy atento y un buen servicio wifi en el hotel. Además dispone de servicios como gimnasio en un hotel colindante de categoria superior Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, con una decoración funcional, cama de tamaño extra grande y un escritorio de trabajo. Buen confort térmico y algo peor el acústico, oyéndose las conversaciones de otras habitaciones. El baño adecuado con pequeño tamaño y servicio de dispensador de champu y acondicionador. Pocos complementos de baño. El desayuno buffet correcto, sin mas, con mucha circulación de personal. Es una buena elección para estancias de 2-3 días. Altamente recomendable

The reason for my hosting was a celebration with my girlfriend, and Thamires, from the booking sector, helped me much, because I had asked for a decoration and she took care of everything and became incredible. The apartment is very good and functional, I have a small kitchen and tools which provided us more opportunities during our meals. The room has a good room, the bed is good and the balcony complements the fantastic experience we had. The only weak point of our stay was the internet that was swinging a lot. We left the reception informed in our check-out and they said the department responsible was already checking out, because there were more complaints, but our experience was very good and I am sure we will be back hosting.

Cheguei a noite, haviam 3 recepcionistas conversando no balcão. Uma de cabelo rosa, outra de dreads e mais uma outra morena. Não vi o nome de nenhuma. Fiquei parada na frente delas enquanto elas ainda conversavam, perguntei então: ”é aqui que faço o checkin?”, uma olhou pra outra pra ver quem é que atenderia. Uma delas começou meu atendimento, a reserva não estava no sistema, até ai tudo bem sei como funciona. Então ela fez a inserção manual e, enquanto fazia isso, o bate papo delas ainda se seguia falando sobre seus relacionamentos amorosos sem se preocupar com a postura profissional frente ao cliente. Finalizado o checkin, assinei a FNRH e me deram a chave dizendo apenas o número do quarto. Não tive mais nenhuma instrução. Decidi então ir até o lobby bar, onde fui atendida por uma moça muito simpática. Percebi que estavam servindo jantar pra um grupo especifico, havia alguns garçons circulando. Enquanto a menina do bar esquentava o congelado que comprei, uma moça da cozinha apareceu informando que o prato vegetariano estava pronto, assim começou uma conversa entre a moça do bar, os garçons e a moça da cozinha, todos totalmente despreocupados com os clientes ao redor ouvindo seus comentários insatisfeitos acerca de seus próprios trabalhos. Peguei minhas coisas, fui para o quarto e fiquei surpresa ao ver que não havia frigobar. Tudo bem, erro meu ao esperar esse item de um quarto feito para ser realmente básico, contudo comprei várias bebidas no lobby bar e não fui informada em nenhum momento de que não havia onde armazená-las no quarto. Também reservei um quarto só com a cama de casal, mas o que me deram foi o quarto que tem o beliche em cima. Decidi ficar nesse mesmo para evitar mais transtornos. Mais tarde no mesmo dia, precisei falar com a recepção e não havia nenhuma instrução de como fazê-lo pois no quarto também não tem telefone. Fiquei buscando na internet um contato, sem sucesso. Até que me dei por vencida e fui ao elevador decidida a descer e então vi que o telefone fica no corredor. Liguei para a recepção e tocou incansavelmente até cair. Atenderam na quinta tentativa. Informei que minha acompanhante chegaria em alguns minutos e perguntei se era necessário deixar o nome dela previamente autorizado já que não haviam me pedido a informação no checkin. Então o atendente disse que minha reserva era para apenas uma pessoa. Expliquei que eu havia reservado para 2 pessoas, mas a recepcionista havia inserido a reserva manualmente no sistema e possivelmente era um erro. A resposta foi: ”Então tá! Vamos liberar quando chegar!”. Não houve nem mesmo a tentativa de ir confirmar a minha alegação. Por fim, o quarto em si é básico, limpo e entrega o que promete para uma hospedagem rápida. Mas a equipe precisa de treinamento, sou hoteleira, observo tudo, não tive nenhuma instrução básica sobre nada. No check-out, a mesma equipe estava no balcão (sai também a noite), perguntei como fazê-lo e todos continuavam conversando despreocupadamente. E

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

This is a great hotel just 10 minutes by shuttle from GRU international airport. I spent one night in a Suite before an early morning flight and absolutely loved the hotel and my room. Staff were extremely friendly, the suite was very large and beautiful, with a very nice granite bathroom, lovely L'Occitane Agua de Coco amenities, very comfortable beds, and I will stay there again without hesitation. The hotel has a small lounge for suites (and executive floor I believe) offering breakfast (which I could not try due to my early departure) and small happy hour (gin, whisky, wine beers, soft drinks, nibbles, etc). It has a swimming pool (again could not try due to my timings), a fitness centre with sauna and hammam (note that they do not provide towels for the sauna/hammam so you need to bring one from your room. The hammam is also extremely hot). I also tried room service which was good without being excellent. I really really wanted to give that hotel 5*. The only reason why I didn't is that I got repeatedly woken up due to the room service people not being able to locate my credit card details. I gave my passport at check in (both when I did online check in and in person in the lounge) and my passport details and the next morning, reception confirmed to me that it was on file, but for some reason room service could not find it, and so they ended up calling my room repeatedly, knocking at my door etc whilst I was fast asleep (my alarm was for 5 the next morning before 27 hours of flying, so I really wanted a good early night), even after I explained repeatedly that 1) I had given my cc details and 2) in any case, if they could not locate them, they could absolutely leave the bill at reception and I would pay the next morning (I was asleep and really didn't want to wake up and dress just to resolve a bureaucratic failure on the hotel's side). This felt frankly unpleasant, and whilst I do not want to blame the person who did it personally as I am sure that they were just following their procedures, this made me feel unwelcome (unlike everything else I experienced in that precisely very welcoming hotel) and I had precisely chosen that hotel to be able to sleep so being woken up several times really killed the point. I really think that this should have been handled better (I am also a frequent guest with that chain and they have all my details so it's not as though I was going to run away like a criminal to not pay a BRL120 bill!) But again, apart from that slightly sour experience, everything else was 5* and I am hoping that this was a one off and that next time, I won't experience similar incidents again.

Location: close from Airport Metro station. About 10 min Taxi ride from T1. Shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Room: very clean, spacious, and quiet. Restaurant: I had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and not pricey.

Em geral eu minha família gostamos do Hotal pela localização…mas a limpeza deixou de desejar. Os pratos não estavam limpos e cheia de formiga …bom. Isolamento acústico estava horrível…não csg entrar no sono pelo barulho dos vizinhos. Café da manhã é bem avariados…atendimento tbm é legal e atencioso… em geral eu dou a nota : 5 de 10.
