i have stayed at the Adagio Barra funda every week since april 2020, and every week, i ask for extra pillows, but they do not provide and i should get it at the front desk.( some times they haven´t got pillow there...) Frequently there no cups..

I stayed for 2 days, I went for work. The bed is very comfortable, the room is very clean and the service is very good. I really liked the room, it's comfortable to rest and it's excellent for working and holding meetings. The internet works very well. I will definitely be back.

Regarding the structure, the hotel met expectations. Good sized room, clean, with equipment generally working (the flush was blocking, which required attention to move the button and not let the water run), cupboards, lots of chairs (including for the balcony). The biggest criticism was the lack of staff, as the hotel was quite full due to The Town. There was no employee at the cafe for basic issues, such as cleaning the tables or bringing cutlery. At our checkout, a single employee had to take care of all the people leaving and also those arriving. It does not seem reasonable to believe that the hotel cannot provide backup for these moments, out of respect not only for the guests but also for the staff themselves, who were completely overwhelmed. Good location, especially if coming from Guarulhos.

Estilo Flat. Possui tudo que um flat precisa e é bem espaçoso. Banheiro legal, quarto bem funcional e atendimento da recepção ótimo. Tem até uma sacadinha para aproveitar ou trabalhar no ar livre. Não usei a academia que pareceu boa e nem a piscina.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado e possui boa estrutura, mas pode sim haver melhorias para justificar o preço da diária que é bastante elevado. O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. O Quarto também possui uma minicozinha muito bem equipada. Senti falta de mais um cobertor no quarto. No banheiro, o chuveiro era muito bom, mas os dispensers de shampoo e sabonete não estavam abastecidos. Havia amenities de sabonete, mas nada de shampoo. O café da manhã que foi apenas OK, pois não era muito variado, tinha muitas opções doces, mas não muitas salgadas. Esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas nesse quesito. A área da Piscina é muito boa, mas a água estava muito gelada. O Hotel serviu muito pela boa localização, mas a sensação é de que o preço da diária é muito alto para o que é oferecido atualmente.
