We sincerely apologize for not providing slippers, but you can request them by phone. There is no running water in the apartment, which is uncommon in Brazil; we do not use tap water, only drinking from the water dispenser or bottled water (canned or glass-bottled) sold in supermarkets. A self-service water dispenser is available in the lobby on the first floor, where you can always replenish your fluids. Regarding the quietness at night, we are glad you found the environment relatively quiet. If you have any other needs or suggestions, we are happy to assist you!
