Concorde Hotel São Paulo

I paid for the double room ppr two nights but I stayed in the single room. As I had an appointment, I left to ask for my change the night when I got back to the hotel, but the night attendant said that I should wait for the manager the next day and that he could not make the change because he was not the one who made the mistake. During the night, I was woken up twice by the noise (sex) of the guests in the neighboring room. I decided to look for another hotel to spend the second night.

The hotel, despite being well located, is very weak, the bed makes my back very painful, the bathroom is extremely small and they didn't even provide a face towel.

. Hotel without elevator (my room was on the 4th floor). . No breakfast. . Terrible wifi, slow and dropping every 5 minutes. . Terrible mattress, it looked like a wooden board with a cloth on top. .terrible pillow. . The ceiling fan had probably never been cleaned since 1932. I went into the room and turned it on to watch the spectacle of dust flakes spreading throughout the room in seconds. . The bedroom closet had a door falling down (top hinge was broken) making it impossible to use. . There was no smoking rule in the rooms, which forced me to breathe the damn smoke that came in through my window from the smokers on the lower floors. . Hellish noise from the water tank pump (or whatever machine that was) practically outside my window running all day and all night. . No parking . Only upon check-out did I discover that there was a "bar" in the room next to the reception. . If you plan to stay here, pack a pair of earplugs, rivotril, anti-allergy syrup and a portable fan.

The location is perfect. The rest is average. Cleaning is very basic (toilet paper with a roll half the size of the previous person) the bed linen doesn't smell freshly washed, the bathroom doesn't have a shower or carpet, it gets all wet. These are basic improvements that can easily be made to please the customer. Better cleaning.

Hospedagem razoável. Para quem quer só um lugar para dormir perto da Paulista, diria que é, no mínimo, aceitável. Mas, se houver tempo e/ou orçamento, para buscar melhores opções, não hesitem.

Eu estava um pouco preocupada, devido aos comentários de outros viajantes, por isso optei por reservar um outro hotel e esse foi meu único arrependimento. A localização é perfeita, os quartos justos para o preço e o atendimento bem cordial. Realmente não entendo a maioria dos comentários negativos e depois de voltar de viagem estou indignada com eles, se você quer luxo: procure pagar o preço, mas se você é simples e não quer gastar muito: vá para esse hotel. Sem frescuras e atende as necessidades dos viajantes por um preço bom. Próxima viagem me hospedarei novamente!

Lugar bem simples, valor acessivel. Atendeu minha necessidade.
