Best Four Star Hotels in Sao Paulo

The location is good in the old city center. There are several restaurants in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Japan Street by taxi. The hotel security is very responsible. If you smoke outside, they will remind us at any time and pay attention to the safety of your mobile phone. It's very good... The hotel room is quite old, but it's generally acceptable. There is really nothing to eat for breakfast except bread...

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. Parabens, Ca' D'Oro!

Great hotel in the heart of São Paulo. Fantastic front office team the two gentleman who were working during my stay were extremely kind and helpful at all times! Made the stay super easy abs pleasant! I will be back ! Easy access to the best restaurants and the famous Avenida paulista Aline

The hotel in general is very good, but I thought the service was lacking. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm and after that time there is no room service. We ordered food through the app and I asked the reception for cutlery, they told me I had to go down to the restaurant to see if they could provide it.

We came with my partner and my family for two nights in this hotel. No hot water the first night or the next morning. The reception staff, in addition to not seeming to be sorry, turn out to be rather incompetent. We were first given that morning a replacement room card, room OCCUPIED! What a surprise! Unacceptable at all and very annoying.. We were then given a second replacement room card: room with two separate beds, so we went back downstairs. We then asked to speak to a manager. We were very surprised at her incompetence: the latter, while she was certifying that we would finally be given a replacement double room, made us go up a third time to a bad room. We lost at least 1h15 in the morning when we were in a hurry, entered an occupied room, made 3 round trips and the hotel, to our great astonishment, did not give us ANY commercial gesture: no discount on the price of the room, no free glass on the roof top, no box of biscuits on our return on the 2nd day, we were NOT EVEN OFFERED the two bottles of water consumed in the bar in the room. This is absolutely unacceptable! Regarding check-in, if you're unlucky, the receptionist will corner your passport page... I was disappointed not to have an employee to give us a quick tour of the hotel and visit our room. I work for a 4* hotel in France and we do... Housekeeping should be better checked for dust: headboard, frames... (and this for the two rooms we visited) The rooms are quite ”dated” and deserve to be brought up to date. For the positives: The location is amazing, just 1 block from Paulista Avenue. The breakfast is average. Lots of fruit and fresh fruit juices are welcome, but the food as a whole is not really exceptional. The Roof Top is AWESOME! I congratulate the person at the Rooftop reception who, in addition to being more than welcoming to us, gave us a tour of the rooftop explaining everything to us. The place is very beautiful. However, I regret a long service. Thers is musch better 4 stars hotels...

The hotel is very well located, a quarter of the Paulista, with Starbucks almost in front. I found the room very good and spacious. The bathroom seemed old, needing maintenance - the door of the box very hard and strange, the cap of the bath vase. Breakfast is fat and very tasty, it has a leisure area with pool and academy, but I didn't test.

Our company organized a training course for physicians at the hotel. The food, organization, dedication, food, furniture, equipment (not enough space to describe) of all collaborators was fantastic. A special thanks to the hotel’s event team who was always supporting and available 24/7. Definitely, our next professional events will be held there.

I have been to many countries but never have i experienced such amazing people, the friendliest I've seen ... always willing to help. You are sure to have thee best time ever. Highly recommended for families. Such warm hearted, welcoming people. If you are going to make shopping in the centre or visit the historic center the place is ideal, despite the region scaring a little, the hotel has parking and is quite safe, clean and well-cared, you could have a more varied breakfast, but is satisfied mainly by the food options in the region, large and comfortable rooms, with emphasis on beds and excellent shower, recommend

It is a quiet hotel where you have your place to relax after a working day. The rooms are comfortable and very complete breakfast. This nearby supermarkets and restaurant. It has free transfer to the airport and is very timely. It is very close to the Congonese airport.
