I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

The location of the hotel is in the city center, which is more convenient. But the sanitation of the room is average, and the sheets are a bit dirty. The hotel breakfast is self-service. There are many options during the exhibition. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and you can reserve a vehicle.

A real luxury experience

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.

First we arrived, and we saw 1 disgruntled guest because there was one person in their accommodation. I thought it would be something punctual, however when checking in they gave us room 1404 where upon entering there was 1 backpack and 1 jacket from another guest. So there was also 1 guest in our accommodation, we called 3 times and nothing was resolved, finally we went down to the reception to solve the case, because well after about 1 hour we finally managed to enter a room where there was no one, we also noticed the presence of feces in the hygienic shower something that we didn't even point out at the moment because we would only stay 1 day and we were already quite dissatisfied. The experience was not at all pleasant, given that the name ”Bourbon” is synonymous with quality and organization. Unfortunately we went through this poor and mediocre experience. It is quite possible that we will choose another hotel on our next trip to São Paulo.

The location is very good for those looking for peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of SP, the hotel is a spectacle apart with the green of Burle Marx at the side, very spacious rooms with walk-in closets and large bathrooms. The service and attendance are excellent.

The location of this hotel is really convenient. When there is nothing to do on the weekends, I go around. There are many restaurants to choose from. I ate a Japanese restaurant and the dishes are basically localized. The owner created a new drink because it is pink. It’s also rare that the boss tried hard to talk to me in English and recommended it. I tried it and it tasted really good. There is a carrefour about 5 or 600 meters away. I remembered that my local colleagues recommended local milk to me, so I bought some local milk and fruits. It’s very fresh; the hotel’s breakfast menu is a little bit more, but the ingredients are what I value most. In addition, one day I worked overtime and returned late. I was so hungry that I tried this eight-catch fish in the hotel restaurant. I don’t know what to do in the alleys. When I ask questions in the circle of friends, everyone’s brains are open...

Hyatt Discoverist. Was in Sao Paolo for business and overall it was a very good stay. Pros: - Rooms: clean and big. - Full service hotel: has everything you need on campus. - Gym: big with varied equipment. - Breakfast: lots of varied options. - Outdoor pool: looked nice, was unable to use due to weather. - Location: has enough stuff nearby if you want to eat outside the hotel. Cons: - Dated: while the hotel is clean and upkept very well, it is showing it's age - very mid 2000s. - Limited menu at restaurant: the onsite restaurant had a very repetitive limited menu.

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. Parabens, Ca' D'Oro!

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a *****tore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).
