Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away and enjoy the natural surroundings of Sapa. It is located deep in the mountains, about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are well spaced out so it's very quiet and relaxing. You don't encounter other guests very often. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, especially the gorgeous wooden bathrooms. There is a fireplace where you can roast sweet potatoes. There is also an infinity pool, although it is not large, and an outdoor cafe where you can see the mountains of Sapa from the cliff. At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort. Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

Silk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

Hotels are a tough business, so it's sad I'm writing a 2-star review. Let's first consider the business. Most businesses do one thing, or two at most, and that's their focus. Hotels have to run many facets well: cleaning, laundry, infrastructure maintenance, repairs to all the rooms and bathrooms and TV's and air-conditioning, renovations, running a kitchen making food 16 hours a day. Then there's managing personnel, scheduling and coordinating tradesmen, wholesale food supplies. And then, marketing and advertising, bookings, and all the admin of all those facets. Like I said, a hard industry to work in, let alone turn a profit. Le Bordeaux is struggling. My room had bugs, mould, unswept floors, broken lights, frayed and threadbare towels, dirt and dust. AirCon didn't cool the room. WiFi was poor. The hotel is at a busy intersection, and although they're not responsible for the horns honking from 6am to 11pm, the windows are not sound insulated. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a wide ranging menu of decent quality food, but can be slow. For $60 AUD a night, I've had much better. I hope they turn things around, and they could if they improved housekeeping, audited their WiFi, TVs and AirCon machines to make them work, and sped up the kitchen.

I received a set of steam sauna, herbal bath, and massage. [Good points] None [Bad points] - English is poor and explanations are difficult to understand.・He comes in while I'm changing clothes, and doesn't close the door properly.・I don't try to close the window even though it's noisy outside. Do you know the meaning of spa?・My lower body gets cold because the amount of steam in the steam sauna is small. ・Herbal baths are lukewarm. Herbal baths are supposed to be filled with hot water. It felt like it was about 37 degrees and it was getting colder and colder. I can't get enough hot water. On the contrary, it got cold.・During the massage while you are lying on your back, a warm pad is placed on your shoulders and lower back, but it is too hot. Even though I was given a towel, it was still hot and I was left with low-temperature burn marks for a while.・I'm not good at massage. It's too complicated. A woman with long hair. Just having my hair messed up on my head makes me feel very uncomfortable. Just touch the legs and body repeatedly in the same motion. It moves quickly and is weak. She's probably an amateur who doesn't know anything about massage. Moreover, during the massage, the woman's hair touched my skin, which made me feel uncomfortable.・Finally, your body will be wiped with a hot towel, but it will cool down quickly and you will be scrubbed with the cold towel, making it uncomfortable. And the towel was stiff and painful. - After the event, the woman leaves, but after changing her clothes, she returns and waits with a smile on her face, eager for a tip. Are you an *****? It's the worst anyway. I won't go there again, and the spa attached to the hotel is really bad.The hotel is also pretty bad. I want my money back. Even if I get paid, I don't want to accept it.

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

Having a 2-night stay at this beautiful bed & breakfast was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Sapa. The building and the garden are well taken care of, and you get a homey feeling as soon as you step into the compound, especially in the living space, dining room, and garden – it's like returning to your grandparents' house. We had a really comfortable rest and sleep during our stay. The room itself is cool without needing the fan, but the electric blanket provided kept us warm at night. Not to mention the hot shower, which is much-needed in Sapa. We received lovely treatment from Mr. Nam Hong and his parents as well. It was our pleasure to have the parents' cooking for breakfast, and the handmade baguette was a total thumbs up! Sapa Garden Bed and Breakfast is definitely worth for a recommendation. We look forward to return again for our next trip to Sapa.

If you want a good view in Sapa, I recommend this area. It's in the same alley as Eco Farm or Rocksik, so the view is similar, and there's a natural waterfall flowing in the back, so the scenery is nice. It doesn't seem to be many tourists yet, but it is a good value for money accommodation. The interior is made of cypress wood, so it has a nice woody scent, and there are two cute kittens in the restaurant. The hot water comes out late, so please be careful of burns. You can also call a taxi at the hotel.

The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

Tour book đi thăm đỉnh Fansipan 750k 1 vé có bao gồm ăn trưa cuối cùng cũng không ăn đc, KS làm đại lý cũng ko hỗ trợ đc cho chúng tôi, bù lại chúng tôi còn ăn ở nhà hàng của KS tốn thêm gần 3 triệu. Hy vọng KS sẽ khắc phục những lỗi này. Tất cả nằm ở khâu quản lý, tôi hiểu mùa covid khó khăn nhưng nên ưu tiên KH, đặc biệt đoàn chúng tôi ủng hộ KS tối đa.

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away and enjoy the natural surroundings of Sapa. It is located deep in the mountains, about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are well spaced out so it's very quiet and relaxing. You don't encounter other guests very often. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, especially the gorgeous wooden bathrooms. There is a fireplace where you can roast sweet potatoes. There is also an infinity pool, although it is not large, and an outdoor cafe where you can see the mountains of Sapa from the cliff. At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort.
