World Dreams Sapanca

The place is terrible in terms of cleanliness. The service is also terrible. The only good thing is that the reception staff are polite (which is what they should be), but they're not very helpful. I told them they'd try. We booked the Tiny House, which had only one air conditioner on the ground floor, and the sleeping area had no cooling or ventilation (it was like an oven). The floor was wooden and the water was leaking. The blankets had been used by the previous guests and they hadn't changed them (we asked for a change). We found empty shampoo bottles lying in plain sight in the living room (they hadn't cleaned up after the previous guests). Their management is terrible: we filed a complaint and showed them the problems, and they said to pay 5000 lira and they'd change our room. In short: If you book, don't stay in the cabin; book the cabin and stay next to it.

The location is nice, but the road starts to deteriorate in the last 200 meters. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed, and they told us another restaurant was 10 minutes away and we'd have to go there. Apart from that, they fulfilled our other requests. The only problem was ordering food; not every company delivers. Overall, it's quiet and peaceful. Contrary to other reviews, I didn't experience any problems with the jacuzzi.

Everything was as it should be, absolutely perfect.

We were pleased with our duplex bungalow overlooking Lake Sapanca. The restaurant was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and sweet.

Beautiful environment, perfect for family vacations

It's a very nice facility.
