"We stayed at this hotel as a couple, in June for a weekend, hotel was nice and we went to there with a recommendation. We would stay 2 nights, on our second day evening we realized a wedding organization was getting prepared for the next day on Sunday, that's why they removed all tables from the garden and all chairs. We could not even sit anywhere, there was not any service left too because all staff were busy for the wedding preparations. We asked that we were still staying and would stay one more night however, can not even sit or order something, we were offered to go out and see Sapanca district because of the wedding preparations. I was really very angry and could not accept that behavior, we left the hotel immediately and did not even stay the second night we have already paid for. Hotel did not even apologised and could offer us some other night or some solutions but did not even try. I will never stay at such a place again, even though hotel was fine but with such a management they can be only a wedding garden no further!"
