Towels are supposed to be changed every two days, but they weren't. Also, even though there's no designated lights-out time, the staff member angrily said, "It's lights-out time," and turned off the lights without my consent. I was also surprised that the air conditioning and bathtub were extra charges. The manager (a man) had a bad attitude. I would have been much better off staying at a business hotel. I will never use this hotel again.

Although it does not have all the facilities and amenities you would find in a hotel (you can use the shower freely but you have to pay for the bathtub, the sink, washbasin and toilet are shared, etc.), I think it is a good guest house.

I was very satisfied with the room, and the host spoke fluent English and was very friendly!

I received a cancellation email immediately after making a reservation. The reason is unknown, but the reservation was still valid. Upon arrival, I was informed that showers were available until 11:30 PM and hair dryers until 11:00 PM. By the time I returned from a concert at Sapporo Dome and had dinner, these times had passed, so I couldn't shower and had to shower the next morning. If this had been written at the time of booking, I wouldn't have used this place. There were no amenities, only a hair dryer and towels. The towels and blankets smelled like half-dried rags. The shared refrigerator was haphazardly filled with the manager's food.
