The best Hotel in Japan that I’ve experienced so far. Location is amazing and is located from 7th floor onwards on a shopping mall, right in the city center. Breakfast has ample options. Will sure come back !

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Location is one of the best we need to consider! So many people all around in this area! You can shop, eat, entertainment, all in this area! Fully recommended. Day & Night view is the best!

Very good location, nice young looking accomodation, restaurants around the hotel, downstairs have shopping mall, food hall, supermarket, convenience stores..... so convenience. airport bus just opposite street, good for travelling. Excellent breadfast I've ever tried in Japan zone, provided like a lunch bunfet, good choice of food. Suggest at least try one day with hotel breadfast.

We love the location of this hotel, it’s convenient to get anywhere of this city. The space is enough to manage anything in the room.

This newly opened hotel is perfectly located next to Susukino station on Level 7. The Airport Limousine Bus will drop you about 1 block back from the hotel. The rooms are fairly small yet functional, bigger rooms have the lesser view so pick a small room. You will be unable to access the hotel onsen/spa unless you book a premium room with no paid access allowed. This seems like an incredible shortsided mindset of the hotel especially if the onsen is empty. Why not offer paid entry to guests during quiet times? The hotel also participates in extensive greenwashing with a fake commitment to helping the environment. If you choose eco housekeeping, they will still throw away your toothbrush and replace with another. On top of this, they give you a QR code to redeem a free bottle of water of tea (unsure how this helps the environment?) Breakfast is okay but be sure to arrive before 9am as food is not replenished or replaced on the buffet. There are lots of service staff standing and running around but not much productivity of cleaning tables, removing plates etc. The local area has extensive “girl information” shop fronts so I probably wouldn’t recommend the area for families although it did feel safe.

This is a brand new hotel in Susukino area. The access is so convenient, connected to a mall and there’s a Lawson at the ground floor. Staff can’t speak English well, but they tried their best to communicate with me. I stay at the standard room, it was not too big but very clean. Heater works well, and all room amenities can be found at the lobby. Thank you so much for making my 4D3N memorable!

It is a bit misleading that they advertise that they have baths, but then it is only for the premium floor. And then the wording in the hotel brochure also says premium floor OR booking… but then we are told that the baths are off access to all except the the premium room guests..
