Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance. Staff are polite in processing check in/ out. Room is clean and size is comfy for 2 pax. Amenities in room are basic and good. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo during our family summer trip to Hokkaido, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our family room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with comfort in mind. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the little amenities that made traveling with kids easier – from slippers and pajamas to a kettle for late-night tea. Staff were kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Every member of the team seemed genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Whether you’re visiting Sapporo for the first time or returning, we wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Emion Sapporo. It made our summer family trip to Hokkaido extra special, and we would definitely love to stay here again.

The hotel is very new and everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. The only downside is that there are no many choices of dining nearby.

Excellent hotel, we stayed here again on the our 2nd leg in Sapporo, and it was a consistently pleasant experience.
Wanted to showcase the underground tunnel linked directly to the hotel that made travel to and from Sapporo Station quick and convenient, as well as the ice machines that were available on every floor (with a cute container to hold them provided in the room too!).

The room is abit tight for a pax. The room service is good. The only thibg is that we have to pay for carpark.

Excellent service, polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and amazing views of the city. There are many toiletries in the room and a coffee machine with capsules (it can also make tea). There are two water bottles and shopping bags, which are refreshed every day. You can also check the breakfast crowding on the TV. The room is very comfortable, and the location is great. Additionally, the hotel has its own Japanese bath, free cocktails in the lounge area, and a 7-Eleven in the same building.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room is very clean and comfortable. They even provide bath tablets for bathtub use! There is a public hot water bath on the 2nd level, and a 7-11 right next to the hotel. It's about a 10 minutes walk to either Sapporo JR Station or to Sapporo Subway Station. So convenient! Will definitely stay again when I visit Sapporo the next time!

Cleanliness is superb
Location is close to Jr and subway
Direct underground to subway station.
Good service from the staff especially those in the club lounge.
I will definitely come back when I come to Hokkaido again
