Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel

The room hygiene was unacceptable. I understand prices were high due to the beer festival, but after checking in, I found uncleaned feces near the toilet. This really soured my mood. Being in a foreign country, I had no choice but to call the front desk for a re-clean. There was only one person at the front desk, so checking in took a long time, and then I had to wait again for the cleaning.

The room is small but has everything you need. There's free coffee in the lobby. Facilities: There's an elevator. Odori Park is right outside, and Odori Subway Station is a 10-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Tidy. Service: Decent, no complaints.

This time I stayed near Odori Park, the location was decent, but the service was terrible. The front desk staff were inflexible and unhelpful. The room facilities were very old. We only stayed for one night as a stopover because we had to rush to Lake Toya the next day. The custom hotel we stayed at in Sapporo afterwards is highly recommended.

A great experience overall. The room had three beds, and while not huge, it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in Odori 8-chome, perfect for a stroll right outside the door, and public transportation is easily accessible. Breakfast was a Western set meal; the freshly baked bread with butter was delicious, and it came with a plate of salad, making for a balanced and nutritious start to the day. The service was attentive.
