It is one of the hotels located about 2 to 3 minutes walk from Odori Park, and I think it is a very suitable hotel for sightseeing and touring around Sapporo city. On the other hand, the nearest station is a tram station, and it is not a station that can be accessed from Sapporo Station without changing trains. One of the drawbacks is the distance from Odori Station as well as Sapporo Station. If you have large luggage and want to access the area smoothly from Sapporo Station, you may be better off using a taxi. Although all the furniture, including the entrance and reception area, look a little worn, the space has an antique feel and is comfortable. The staff's customer service is generally good, and I don't think you will feel uncomfortable at all. Although each guest room is generally kept clean, I had the impression that some of the bathrooms were not kept well-cleaned. On the other hand, you can stay at a slightly more reasonable price than surrounding hotels, and each room is relatively spacious, so opinions may differ as to whether or not you should ignore it. Nowadays, many hotels use card keys to use elevators and enter guest rooms, but this hotel uses physical keys. It's not a hotel I can't recommend at all, but at least it's not one I'd recommend first. I think this is the hotel to consider as your next option if the ideal hotel is fully booked or the accommodation fee is quite high compared to surrounding hotels. Although the facilities are not new, they are adequate and clean. The reception staff was polite and gave a good impression. The location is not too far to walk to Sapporo Station (I actually walked there).

The location is close to the streetcar stop and Odori Subway Station, and Odori Park and Tanukikoji are also nearby, making it a convenient place. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was big and clean. I was a little sick on the first day, so when I asked for an early check-in, they kindly accommodated me. However, I don't know if it was early at the breakfast venue or because it was the only one, but I was worried that it was a little chilly. (I went in light clothes on the first day, so I couldn't relax.) The front desk is polite and I think it's a very good hotel. I would like to use it next time if there is an opportunity.

大通駅から程よく近く、市電に乗るのも便利です。室内はこじんまりとしていて適度な広さです。 延長コードをお借りしたのですが、フロントの方がすぐに持ってきてくださいました。

とてもいいお部屋を用意して頂き嬉しかったです。 お風呂場のドアが壊れてたり洗面台の剥がれてるのが気になりましたが広いお部屋で快適に過ごさせてもらいましたが 時計無かったですかね それもあったらなと思いました
