Later, I had to help Ctrip customer service to successfully check in and find the correct customer service phone number. However, the customer service staff did not speak Chinese or English and could not communicate. We booked for 3 nights and there was no cleaning. In short, there was no communication and it was a lot of inconvenience. The only good thing is that the room is suitable for family travel, but the inability to communicate really detracts from the check-in experience!

We used it as a live accommodation! It was a little far from Sapporo Station, but it was within reach if you tried hard enough. There was a Seico Mart nearby and a Family Mart so it was convenient. It was clean and free of dirt.

The hotel did not give a very comprehensive explanation in the email. The password given in the email is for entering the door opposite the front door. In short, the hotel should demonstrate and record the processes such as checking in, opening the door, getting on the elevator, and opening the room door from the guest's perspective. Then, send it to the customer.

The house was very narrow, so it was difficult to spread out two large suitcases, but other than that, everything was neat and clean, so it was very nice.
