The hotel have a nice breakfast and very good indoor and outdoor Onsen which is really great and nice view of snow fall on outdoor Onsen

This place is more than expect! We enjoyed onsen everyday! Very privacy and chill, both indoor and outdoor onsen in -12'c was amazing and set you warm! Room is small as in the picture but not a problem when trade off with the location / onsen / breafast japanese traditional (buffet ikura / mentaiko / sweet shrimps) We definitely would be back again for sure! Till next time!

Quite a old & small hotel with no decoration and simple furnishing, rooms are small, only advantage is got facilities such as onsen & sauna room, but floor is always slippery & sticky, basically is open to public use as well, similiar to public bath, I stay for 3 nights cost average HK$1,350 per night, not value for money

Very fast and easy check in. Triple bed room is spacious. Lacation is just walking distance to Tanukikoji.

Onsen experience was amazing. Breakfast was good! The location is good and there is a famous ramen restaurant within 2 Mins walk.

Very excellent hotel! Will come again! The hot spring is amazing!

Clean and good value

The bath and sauna were very good. The TV in the room was the latest model and was enjoyable. I was happy to be able to eat salmon roe rice bowl for breakfast.

The amenities were plentiful, including cleansing, facial wash, lotion, and milky lotion, and I was grateful that there were skin care products in the large communal bath as well! The large communal bath was also spacious and easy to use. However, it was a little far from the station, about a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station. The roads were snowy, so it was difficult to carry things in a carry-on bag.

1. Don't copy the address on Ctrip directly to the map. The location is still one kilometer away from the hotel. You need to click directly and then jump to other maps to see the navigation to be accurate. 2. There is a large bathhouse on B1, which is very comfortable. I take a bath every night. There is a password lock at the door of the girls' dressing room. You need to go to the front desk every day to get the password before entering. You can go in and out and take a bath many times a day. You can take a bath whenever you want. It's very warm. 3. The pillow is too short and the mattress is very soft. 4. The attitude of the staff in the whole hotel is very, very good, and I am very satisfied. 5. No one in the whole hotel can speak Chinese, but it doesn't matter. Even the massage aunts use translators, so communication is barrier-free and very convenient.

The front desk staff is very nice and polite The room is big enough to open 2 suitcases Opposite the room is a shrine I stayed there for five nights. It was really comfortable to go back to the hotel and soak in the hot spring every night when I was exhausted. Convenient for shopping and dining in the city There is a city bus nearby, and it is convenient to take a bus. It was snowing heavily when I left the hotel The front desk staff helped me call a car to the station. Very considerate.

Because there is a hot spring, it didn't bother me at all that the bath in the room was small. There is also an open-air bath and sauna, which is great. There are plenty of amenities, and I was surprised that the hair dryer was refillable. However, when staying multiple nights, I had to go to the front desk to ask for the PIN number for the women's bath, which I really didn't like having to line up with the people checking in. I wish they would include a piece of paper with the PIN number with the towels.

The hotel is more than 600 meters away from the nearest subway entrance, which is a very bad experience in this season. The room space is beyond imagination. The only place to open the luggage is the aisle at the door. For me who only stays for one night, it is a disaster not to be able to spread out the luggage. Moreover, I only have a 24-inch suitcase. Anyway, the aisle is already full. I can't imagine that two people bring big suitcases. Only the food is OK, and there are cute children's tableware separately, which is a good point of service.
