The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

Nice modern looking hotel that is easily accessible through underground walkway from Sapporo JR Station (can take Exit 3 Miredo/Sitatte building and it's just short walk above ground from there). Room was compact for family of 4 but other than that, was totally great. New, modern looking with internet connected TV, so we could access YouTube for non-Japanese content. Hotel is also near attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Government Office, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed for 2 nights from August 2nd (Tuesday) 8 weeks ago. How long will it take from Sapporo Station? While thinking, I went a little detour, but I passed a safe road aiming for a large landmark. Once I knew the location, I arrived immediately after the next. I couldn't see it from the room, but it was close to the main street park and the illumination of the TV tower was beautiful. I didn't use the dining room because it was this time, but I didn't have a hard time eating because there was a convenience store nearby after leaving the hotel. Unlike the local Hiroshima and Tokyo on the way, the ground wave was quite cool and easy to spend! I love this hotel in how good their service is. I didn't receive my package and the front desk Mr. Kudoh response efficiently and assisted at once to found my package. The room is clean, bed is large and with non-smoking. Large bathtub and the room looks very nice. Location is superb too only 1min to bus station and subway. 30s to convenient store. I wanted to spend a relaxing time, so I made a plan with all-you-can-view VOD and checked in at 15:00. The location of this hotel is only about 5 minutes from the JR train station west exit. Our room was new and clean and the Hollywood twin bed was more like a double bed size and they are very comfortable. A roomy bathroom with the toilet in a separate room equipped with a another sink. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and we never heard any noise from other guests or door closings. There's a complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Very good value hotel consider the rate. The only negatives are no safety box and would have been nice to have a small table in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every time you come to Japan's preferred hotel, the price is cheap, the environment and service are very good. This time I lived in JR South Exit of Toyoko Inn, and walked for about 10 minutes from the south gate of JR Station. The hotel is in a small alley, and there is a supermarket diagonally opposite to buy snacks and drinks. The twin room is actually composed of two small rooms. There are two sets of indoor furniture. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

Highly recommend this hotel during winter as it’s connected to Sapporo Station for your daily commute and meals! Do travel via GF to hotel with luggages as from B1 there are flight of stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down. Room was spacious, enough for us to open up 3 big luggages with a room of 3 sleeping. Staff were friendly and responsive! The underground walkway can link through to Odori station too!
