Awful hotel! From the beginning. We frequent travel. By choosing the hotel we were fooled with photos on the website. Ordered 3 rooms for the whole family. All three rooms are in poor condition (Photos provided from room 1). First part of the family settled. Later, the others. When the other part of the family was settled, did NOT ask for documents! A minute 2000 rubles is a sauna. The pool is ice, the handle is shaking. In the sauna room 2 baths Finnish and Hamam. The Finnish did not heat. In general the money was dropped into empty. Next .... A compact cozy hotel, just near the pedestrian street. Your parking is undoubtedly plus for the locked streets of Saratov. Staff is excellent. Это удобное расположение гостиницы в центре на берегу Волги, с отличным видом на реку. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый.
