There are many children, suitable for families, there is a private beach, but the beach is not flat enough, there are more stones, and the sea view is slightly inferior to the hotel I visited later in Fethiye; the hotel service is half and half, some staff are more enthusiastic, and some have an average attitude; the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene feels so-so, not as good as the hotels in Fethiye; what can I say about the all-inclusive meals, the breakfast and dinner are relatively rich, and the lunch is very average. I am really a bit tired of eating here after staying for three days.

there is a terrible stench in the room, the hotel positions itself as an “ultra all-inclusive”, but in fact you have to pay for everything, and very expensively, even to play board games!

It's amazing, it's absolutely beautiful, it's all inclusive and there's a different event every night, so it's very good with everything.

We visited turkey for the first time last year and stayed in Marmaris as a family of 4, this year we chose this hotel as it was the Hilton, 5 star, what more could we ask for. I won’t go into the bits that jet2 were responsible for but from the transfer from the airport to this hotel was 25 minutes, perfect when you’re flying into turkey late (we landed at 10:15pm). Upon arrival we were greeted by plenty of staff, who took our luggage straight into the lobby as we checked in. Check in was very smooth, they offered us an upgrade to a lake house but after reading many reviews we didn’t think this was for us, we already booked a family room with a swim up. Once we’d checked in, we left our luggage in the lobby and went for a bite to eat at the buffet restaurant which is open for supper 11pm-1am. Plenty of salad, fruit, and some hot food options, including cakes for those with a sweet tooth before bed, it was perfect for what we needed after travelling. When we returned to lobby, all the staff from before seemed to have finished perhaps? So there was no one around to show us to our room, so we had to figure that out ourselves and it proved quite difficult, the hotel is huge so it took us around 20 minutes to navigate to our room as the only staff member was the receptionist checking some more families in, everyone else just seemed to have disappeared, this was our only negative of the holiday, after travelling for over 7 hours including airport travel and transfer, the last thing we wanted was getting lost around the hotel at 12:30am! After finally finding our room, we booked a family swim up room. At that time of the night I wasn’t really paying attention to the swim up, but the room had 2 king size beds pushed together and then we had 2 singles made up into a double. This room can sleep up to 6 and there was 4 of us so plenty of space. It was clean, spacious, with all the facilities you could want, tea/coffee facilities, mini bar which was stocked everyday with fizzy drinks, water, beer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a safe, smart TV, shower and a bath with a separate toilet. We woke up around 930 after a late night, I went straight out to the swim to for a look and it was great, a big area outside our room with 2 chairs and a table then a gate to enter the swim up with some sunbeds. We got ready and made ur way to the buffet restaurant. Breakfast was great.. I’m not going to go into everything but honestly they had EVERYTHING!! The resort was clean, well staffed, the snack bars are UNREAL!! The food comes out minutes after ordering, the spirits and drinks are all great, no cheap options. Everything’s premium! Get your bearings on day 1, the resort is huge!! We treated our girls to a kids spa, a little pricey for what they actually get, but the experience was worth it for them! Hand, food massage, mini facial and nail painting, it was 30 minutes and was 50euros each. I did book myself in for a facial, the spa is gorgeous, there is

Perfect Location and outstanding service. The food is of the highest quality and standard. The staff are without doubt a credit to the whole holiday experience.Reception staff are just incredibly efficient and so helpful. A big thank you to Kaya. It’s hard to single out individuals but can I commend Erkom for tirelessly and effortlessly making our experience perfect . Ayse our maid, whom made every day when returning to our room a pleasant experience. Thank you to all the staff for making my wife’s birthday special This our fifth visit to this hotel and will definitely be returning soon.

Always love our stay here at the lake house. All the staff are great. Bora in infinity jewellery will look after you in every way he can. The spa is 10/10, recommend the vip couples treatment! Ask for Komang and Zeynep for your treatment and tell them Russ sent you lol We always use them. Also the service from Hulya is second to none. Absolutely superb experience and worth every penny.

Activities and staff are perfect. Everyday they have different activities for adults and children. The staff is really really perfect especially Huseyin Katıkaya. Thanks for kind and amazing experience. I also loved dance and motor show they are amazing.

Me and my wife would like to say a huge thank you to Gorkem Akmaz, for all his hard work in helping to organise and plan our perfect wedding at the Hilton Dalaman. Our guests and family had the most fantastic time, Gorkem and his team made sure that we had a holiday of a lifetime and our wedding day was more amazing that we could imagine. We would also like to thank Senel Yildiz, for delivering the most brilliant and authentic Turkish meal on our big day, it really was excellent. We will be returning again this year for sure, with family and friends, thank you.

This was our 6th time at the hotel. We absolutely love going with our little boy as it’s so consistently great each time we go. The food is so fresh and there is so much variety to choose from. The staff are incredible. To name a few Yulia the entertainment supervisor we have known since our very first visit in 2017 and we have grown to adore her. She is such a driven and motivated hard worker we hope her dreams come true. Hussen the spa representative is one of the nicest men we have met. Again we have got to know him I’ve the last few years and We hope to see him again, he is so personable and professional always getting us booked in the amazing spa exactly when we want too!!! Erdi and Senel yildiz are two are the hardest working and professional waiters we know we always love having our meals with them. They always go the extra mile, also Charlski (not sure on spelling) at the breeze bar, also a long term staff member, we missed him in June when he went back to the army to serve. The kids club is great for all ages and we love the staff there they always remember our little boy which makes him feel special. He is always safe and looked after well. Selba in the fitness centre is so lovely too we always have a chat and her classes look amazing. We loved the staff at the lake house bar, no.2 the cocktails were so lovely this year. I’m hoping I’ve not missed more people as they really are incredible. Lastly a massive thank you to Sadar for our help with our accommodation. His communication is always so personal, professional and prompt. We really do appreciate everything he does for us. We have booked again for next October with the hope to come in June again.

The stay was excellent. From the rooms to the service, everything was fantastic. The food was great. Thanks to the chef who made the lahmacun and pide. It was really nice. The beach bar was also lovely with nice sea and view. I have to give a special shoutout to DJ Kerem Guven who played really good music and was always friendly and open to song requests. Definitely recommend for a stay.

That was one of the best holiday experiences ever. Although the capacity of the hotel is very big, you do not see people every where, you can find some team member from the hotel easily and you can have a peaceful holiday with or without kids. The rooms are very nice and clean,you can also stay in the villas, that area is even less crowded. You can also have your breakfast close to villas in a more silent atmosphere. The pools, the patisserie, Vento and Breeze Restaurants are really very nice.You can find something to eat and drink all day long. I also had Sultan Hammam in the SPA.Thanks to Ms.Zeynep, she was very kind and gentle, I had a very nice experience there. The Japanese restaurant needs reservation with extra cost and it was very delicious. When the sun sets, you can climb up the little hill to watch the sun go down.I recommend it especially for couples. The food in the main restaurant was also delicious but we preferred to eat in Breeze and Vento Restaurants during the day. The night life in the weekend is also fun, We had live music on Friday night and we enjoyed the music with our friends.

Apart from the sea & sun which was perfect in may the food was out of this world. Very friendly staff with excellent service. Try the beach bar.. amazing music!!! ... DJ Kerem rocked our world with great tunes ... Just really fun !!!!! Bar staff great. I will be back again ...
