This was the best all inclusive hotel we have stayed at as a family. We absolutely loved our time here. The hotel is stunning. The surroundings are beautiful and everything in the hotel is just the definition of luxury! The staff are excellent; they ensure everyone is well looked after. They are polite, attentive and service always comes with a smile. The food is exceptional. It is by far the best buffet I have experienced. Food was varied and everything was delicious. The desserts were particularly impressive. Most all inclusive hotels I have been to, desserts tend to look different but actually are made up of similar ingredients and taste similar, however desserts here were like something you’d get from a patisserie, with lots of options. The snack bars were excellent for lunch. Incredibly fast service and brilliant food. The drinks were also exceptional. Cocktails were delicious. It felt like you were being served in a bar where you were paying for each individual drink. Again, at previous all inclusive I have been to, the cocktails were below average, usually served in a plastic cup. But here they were very impressive. Even something as simple as the glassware made such a difference - proper cocktail glasses to match what cocktail you were ordering. The coffee bars also serve the perfect coffees. And if I was to give one recommendation of something you’ve got to try is the Turkish tea - so so good! The adults only rooftop bar was fabulous! Highly recommend trying that out. The beach bar was also amazing. So chilled, with music to match. The up-keep of the place is so well done. There were staff members constantly working on the hotel, whether it was the garden areas, pool, lobby, outer buildings, etc. Everything is maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are spotless and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job to maintain this standard. I loved the mini bar as an extra. We were visiting with our 1 year old and 3 year old, and the place is so well designed for families. The facilities and activities available for children are excellent. The entertainment each night was of a very high standard and entertaining for everyone! Loved it! As we visited in April, it was much quieter than usual but we absolutely loved the calmness of the place. Everything was accessible, without having to wait for anything. If I was to suggest any way to improve the experience, I would suggest some background music at the pools to set the mood during the day. Overall, it was the perfect holiday. We loved every minute and would highly recommend to anyone going to this part of Turkey. Thank you to the staff for making this the perfect family trip.
