"many good things but somethings to be reviewed like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him. Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared"

"This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view"

"The service is very good, the cleanliness of the room is always tidied up every day, close to the city center, the largest mall in Manado, just walk 10 minutes and you'll arrive.. can view the city view, If it's approaching morning you can see Mount Lokon from the room window.. like a peak view.."
