Staff was very friendly, room was clean and in good shape! I really liked how it was pet friendly and they put us on the main floor to facilitate that

It was a basic room at a reasonable price. Some wear and tear but reasonably clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful with a few check in snags that were out of their control. I would stay again in the future.

Room was uncomfortably hot, wasn't comfortable. Burnt coffee. Phone issues when confirming reservation. Unpleasant but cheaper than some othersothers.

Hallway carpets need a little attention. Room itself was comfortable, not a lot of bells or whistles but good if you don't necessarily need anything more than just a bed, toilet, and shower.

there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the outside grounds and parking, which made us feel unsafe with our vehicle or leaving the building after dark,
