Hotel a bit dated, room small and not very comfortable, there were renovations that were not mentioned at the time of booking.

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful location where stepping out is into fresh air with the scent of pine trees. Really loved my stay! Staff were super friendly. Just marked down on amenities as the restaurant was closed, but staff recommended restaurants for dine-in or delivery.

Struttura molto carina, camera veramente grande con 2 Bagni. Un pochino più di cura e sarebbe perfetto. Comunque da tornarci.

Buon albergo molto pulito e confortevole. Colazione ottima. E' richiesto un supplemento se si usufruisce delle terme il che non influisce positivamente sul rapporto qualita' / prezzo.Piuttosto scomodo da raggiungere se non si e' automuniti.

It is a good choice. I stayed at the hotel twice (2 + 2 night) in April 2025 and everything was very good. Very good breakfast, a nice and big enough room with Ferrari decorations, comfortable bed, shower/wc fully satisfying. The location is quiet surrounded by trees and tranquilling countryside. 6-8 minutes drive from Sassuolo center. The only (serious) deffect, was that my room on the 2nd floor was very poor in mobile phone reception and almost with no Wi-Fi. I pointed this to the reception and later in the day things improved but only slightly. These connectivity issues are only for the room on the 2nd floor. 1st floor room and breakfast area are fully covered.

Special place, in nice green surroundings, close to the Terme. However, not integrated with the Terme. It would be better to make clear that the Terme are separate from the hotel (for instance you have to pay extra for a towel and so, to bring with you to the Terme. Bit odd, as the entrance to the Terme is a paying option when booking the hotel. It would be advisable to make that clearer. Rooms are nice, lobby great as well. There is some noise coming from the airconditioning or ventilation outside, yet otherwise very quiet hotel. No restaurant for dining. Sassuolo is a few minutes by car.

Unfortunately, we did not like the stay at all. There was no air conditioning in the whole hotel, which meant that we had to sweat for two nights. There was no apology at the reception, only the excuse that they currently have this problem with the air conditioning . (From the state of the hotel, this excuse has been given since last summer...). The whole hotel complex is very outdated and abandoned. It is clear that in Italy 4 stars are not equal to the international standard, but a minimum of comfort is required. There were no slippers, no bathrobes, a tiny shampoo and the bed was cruelly uncomfortable. The outdoor pool belongs to another building (not the hotel) and you have to wear swim caps.... The spa facilities are from the past century.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte grazie ad un cofanetto regalo. Era inclusa la colazione, l'ingresso alle terme x 2 persone e un massaggio x 1 persona. Tutto perfetto: ambiente pulito e in ordine, personale accogliente, massaggio rilassante e terme molto confortevoli con 3 piscine a temperature differenti, percorso caldo/freddo per le gambe, sauna e bagno di vapore. Colazione super con vasta scelta.

Hotel molto bello, camera super e buona colazione. Stabilimento termale a 50 metri molto comodo e ben attrezzato. Ideale per un weekend in coppia

Camera non all’altezza di un 4 stelle, in bagno alcune parti della doccia sono decisamente da rifare, letto scomodo. A colazione abbiamo trovato dei piatti impilati sporchi sul tavolo del buffet. Il centro benessere non può definirsi tale, direi piuttosto centro termale con una sauna e un bagno turco. La sala relax è una sorta di sgabuzzino dove non c è nulla né da bere né da mangiare. Alle 18 di venerdì e’ partita musica a tutto volume per una lezione di acquagym. Il kit in dotazione comprende accappatoio e ciabatte di pezza che si inzuppano dopo 2 passi. Abbiamo chiesto per dei massaggi e ci sono state date ogni giorno delle informazioni diverse tra la reception dell hotel e quella del centro benessere, sul listino prezzi le informazioni erano ancora diverse. Per un’esperienza di relax degna di nota non è il posto che consiglierei.

La struttura è immersa in una splendida zona verde, il centro benessere è in un edificio separato ma raggiungibile con pochi passi a piedi, volendo si può scendere dall'hotel direttamente in accappatoio. L'hotel è curato ma si vede che è comunque una struttura datata che necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. Ho soggiornato in una camera singola che comunque era sufficientemente ampia. Bagno piccolo ma cabina doccia molto efficiente seppure manca un supporto dove appoggiare i saponi. L'insonorizzazione non è perfetta e credo sia perché il fabbricato non è nuovo. Molto bene la colazione con una buona varietà di prodotti dolci e salati ed anche frutta fresca. La SPA non è curatissima anche se il costo non è elevato. Sono arrivato alle 19 e nonostante mancassero due ore alla chiusura il bagno turco era già stato spento e quindi era appena tiepido. La sauna invece era calda ma diversi ospiti non utilizzavano il telo che sarebbe obbligatorio da mettere sulle sedute. La sala tisane/relax era del tutto sprovvista di bevande.
