This time, our family of three came to Thailand for a holiday, and we chose this hotel in Pattaya for a relaxing trip with our child. A special thanks to Sam (not sure if that's the correct spelling, it's a phonetic translation) who spoke Chinese and helped us check in that day. He solved many of our problems and eased a lot of our concerns that evening, we are truly grateful. The hotel facilities and amenities are quite good, the service is especially attentive, and breakfast was delicious. We also experienced a stunning sunset and an amazing blue hour. Overall, the hotel is very quiet and comfortable, highly recommended! And thanks again, Sam (sorry if I misspelled your name).

Exceptional! Convenient with the location, near the exit of highway, took 90mins only to/from BKK airport. Every Friday to Sunday, they got a firehouse by the beach, impressive! Staff are friendly, view are stunning, with ONE giant pool. Recommended!

Very nice stay at Mövenpick Na Jomtien, friendly staff, lovely facilities and setting, right on the beach, shuttle bus provided to Terminal 21, drop off and pick up, food is excellent as is breakfast selection. Lovely sunsets. The only thing we noticed was management not controlling people placing towels on seats early morning and not coming back for hours after, this is unfair on people wanting chairs or huts, staff should remove the towels after 30 minutes if no one shows up and allow other genuine guests to use them. Overall if that could be fixed, we would return

Excellent sea view from the room, beautiful sunset, staff are nice, nice pool and beach But the facilities and the room are old, towels are old, the shuttle bus is horrible...water dripping all over... time for some renewal and renovations
