"Overall, the room, ambiance, and service were excellent. However, my visit unfortunately coincided with an After You campaign. Personally, I felt the tranquility was lost. The beach area, with its beach chairs, was filled with a mix of hotel guests and cafe visitors, which really diminished the privacy for those staying at the hotel. It's a bit of a shame."

"The rooms are not soundproof; you can hear from outside. One elevator is broken, and people from outside can use it to any floor because they don't need to use a keycard, which makes me feel unsafe. The room was upgraded, so it had no view at all except for the building across the walking path.Too small pool."

"This hotel was beautiful in general, it was clean and had an upscale feeling to it. It had a beautiful rooftop bar but make sure you reserve your space in early so that you can be there for the sunset otherwise it will surely be full. There is a beach bar and restaurant so that you can enjoy food and drinks right next to the ocean which was great. There is a small private beach area which was secluded and clean. There are a couple pools, particularly the private pool behind the villas is beautiful although it is very shallow. The bigger pool has a fun slide which kids and adults enjoy alike. The breakfast was good. It had a lot of options for western breakfast inside and Thai style outside. For a Chinese palette there isn’t a lot that is suitable though. They have coffee machines, juice, salad bar, egg station, and more. We got a room with a balcony bathtub however, it’s facing the other rooms which means everyone would see you taking a bath and that isn’t comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and it was worth the price. The biggest issue was how far it is from the downtown Pattaya area, if you want to be at restaurants and nightlife every night this place isn’t the best place for you. "We had a wonderful stay. All the staff provided excellent service with a true service-minded attitude. The location is great—peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a holiday getaway. "I spent over 5,000 THB for a 2-night stay (including pet fees), but it was a total waste of money. The hotel looks beautiful and has a nice pool. 1. Noise is a major issue: The building is a converted condo, meaning the walls and doors are thin. I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway all day. My dog was constantly stressed and barking at the noise. I had to block the door with pillows just to get some rest. The staff was unprofessional—housekeeping had loud phone notifications on while working near the rooms. Even after complaining, nothing changed. 2. Health Hazard: The provided hand soap caused a severe allergic reaction, leaving my hands cracked and bleeding. 3. Poor Management: When I complained, the staff just made excuses, blaming the condo structure. They offered a free fruit platter, but that doesn't fix the lack of sleep or the skin injury. 4. Room Maintenance: AC system was inconsistent. If you want a peaceful vacation with your pet, AVOID this place. I've seen many 1-star reviews on Google saying the same thing, and I regret not believing them."

"The parking lot is quite small. The room size is spacious. The accommodation is located by the road, but the noise isn't too loud, so you can still sleep. It's close to 7-Eleven and convenient for travel."

"I don't understand why, despite having stayed here before (two years ago), they put me in a first-floor room with no pool view. Since I was with my child, we had mosquitoes and geckos coming in. The facilities at Renaissance Pattaya are old now. The private beach is quite nice though. It's too far from Terminal 21, which isn't very convenient. They have a shuttle at 12 PM and 4 PM, but no return service, which doesn't really meet the standards of a five-star hotel."

"This is a quiet place to stay, close to Columbia Waterpark and the beach. It has a swimming pool and clean, spacious rooms, plus parking. The exterior is starting to show some wear and tear. The rooms with sea views offer a beautiful vista, but they get a lot of strong afternoon sun."

"The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and fully equipped. Feel like staying at home. The bed is very comfy with big bath tub. Only one thing that should be improve is the wardrobe, it is too small and cannot hang long dress. The location in Google map took us to the back entrance which now is closed. Recommend that you'd rather pin the location at the front gate entrance. Love to visit again soon."

"We checked the room carefully before checkout and did not spend much time in the room or use many items. When checkout time we were informed by the night shift staff that a glass and a towel were missing, which was unexpected. For future guests, it may be a good idea to take photos or videos of the room (including items) during check in and check out to avoid any misunderstandings. Note for Muslim guests: Please be aware that the breakfast served includes pork. We did not ask beforehand, so that part was our oversight. However, it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us as it was clear that we are Muslim and from Malaysia. Overall all is good."
