Bel-Air Motel

I had a challenging experience at the motel. The snowy driveway was not cleared, making parking and driving difficult. The room had an unpleasant odor, requiring a scented candle, and the bedding was stained and dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own blanket and sheets. Disturbingly, a lady outside yelled and knocked on my door at night, adding to the unsettling atmosphere. Additionally, the washroom was in a terrible condition. Overall, it was a disappointing stay due to cleanliness issues and disruptive incidents.

During our entire stay at this motel, we were very dissatisfied with the experience. The motel was very aged in every way possible, and showed it's age and lack of maintenance. Room service, e.g., replacement of towels or bed making did not happen. The soap was so small it was difficult to even hold and before our departure we had to purchase additional toilet paper. There was no visible presence of office personnel and we had to make a phone call to the office to receive an additional towel. The ceiling tiles were screwed to the ceiling at it appeared there had been previous problems. We put up with the conditions as we used the room only for a place to sleep. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone to rent.

My stay at this place couldn’t be worse. The bathroom is pretty dirty, there are loiters walking around every time. I felt very unsafe, and the furniture and itens on the room were from the past century

The property's condition appears to be on the verge of demolition. I initially thought it was a budget-friendly option, but it's not even worth $30. We endured two days there and had plans to switch to a different hotel. It's particularly challenging with children in tow. In the future, please refrain from recommending such hotels on *******. There seem to be significant safety concerns, and I'm puzzled about how the government permits them to operate.

Pillows are comfortable! Older room , needs a thorough cleaning. Staff not on site for check in. However was there within 2 minutes. Very courteous staff.

To be blunt, the Bel-Air is a dump and should not be listed by *******! The bedspreads were cigarette burned, the bathroom ceiling was collapsing and moldy, sink was chipped, faucets wonky, electrical outlets open and blackened….. and it took 3 attempts to obtain a working coffee maker and supplies. I notice the price has dropped to $49….still not worth it….stay away!

this motel room condition is not acceptable, really dirty and dusty, the bedsheets are not clean, bathroom fan is creazy noisy, AC is cracked in front window, a nightmare, we came we saw and we left without stay. The motel did not refund us in total by saying 24 hrs policy but the motel cannot provide a basic stay condition, not right.

The Good: The stay was short and cheap. That's about it. The staff were nice enough I suppose, short, sweet but didn't really interact. The area is pretty much run of the mill ***** mall affair, although there was a good, local, burger place nearby. The Bad: This room is in desperate need upkeep. The shower floor has a hole in the bottom of the floor and looks like it's from the 80s, there was a purple stain at the base of the bathroom sink that has me concerned, there was no thermostat for the heaters, and also had to kill two flies and a few fruit flies so I suspect the seal by the AC wall unit isn't up to snuff. Also, the comforter had cigarette burns on it, same with the chair by the desk, the shower curtain was a repulsive brown color, the towel rack is rusting, the pillow cases looked worn, the TV looks like it's hooked up to an Android box for service. The Ugly: This room does not look, nor feel safe. The smoke detector is missing from the ceiling. The enclosure is there, but the smoke detector isn't. My guess is either bad wiring is making it go off, or the unit has had problems with smoking. It's clear they've poorly dry walled by the light switch to the bathroom probably due to electrical issues, the fridge is leaking water by one of the spots where it awkwardly plugs in and the Microwave looks ancient. This was the first time I've honestly considered walking away from a room, but I only ended up having a brief 4 hour rest before I had to go. Stay away

Heater and shower are ok but dirty shower curtain, tub, dirty smelly pillows, dirty drawers, dirty sink, dirty toilet bowl, headboard was dilapidated. Should be properly cleaned and more properly washed towels. We got what we paid for because its cheap but cleanliness should be top priority.
