Cleanliness: The hotel received frequent praise for spotless rooms, clean bathrooms, and well-maintained facilities. Multiple guests highlighted the absence of dust, the availability of fresh linens, and the overall hygiene standards, with some noting that the property felt 'immaculate' or 'pristine'.

First of all… the MOST amazing free breakfast out there is offered here. Our room and the hotel in general was clean, comfortable and located conveniently on the Southside. The staff was pleasant and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. The only down-side was a ticking ALL night long that was determined to be water through the pipes making it difficult to sleep. Our bathroom door could not close all the way resulting in a lack of privacy. In the hotel’s defense, when we notified them of the issues, they offered to move our room, however we had already unpacked and settled in, so we declined the offer. That being said, I still highly recommend Element and will stay there again on my next visit to Savannah!

Close to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Upon arrival, I was greeted very kindly and check-in was swift. I even had time to grab a nap before my event. The room was pristine, and the location was perfect — surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of dining options. I would definitely recommend this property! The only downside was that the walls are extremely thin, and I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms, right down to toilets flushing.
