REVIEW Nice place! Great location! SHAKY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shortly after check-in, we contacted the property owner regarding some very obvious and frequently appearing issues. Initially, The owner seemed more interested in sharing that this is her source of income and she takes pride in it and how long she’s had this property than addressing our current issue. Also, adding that since June was a slow month for this property, perhaps this was the reason for the “little issues” we were having. Rather than just simply stating, “We are sorry for your current circumstances. Let me handle the problem.”She did make contact with the property manager immediately. Who came over to access the situation. The property manager then attempted to solve the issue with no luck. The owner also stated that if we should decide to leave after checking-in, she’d gladly give us our money back. (That was a plus) But, we decided to see if the situation would get better. Well, the problems did not go away for the entire 5 nights while we were there. We looked to find somewhere else to stay, but nothing was available or was double the price for what we’d paid for this location. For the remainder of our stay, we purchased items with hopes of warding off or repelling the issues. Our exhausting efforts were slightly successful. It’s our prayer that they fix this issue. As for the actual property and location…..Excellent!I won’t post the multiple videos that we have as proof.

Great location! My mother, Aunts and I go on a girls trip every year and this is our second time visiting Savannah. We love it here! This is the cutest house by the way! It’s a busy street but what street isn’t busy in Savannah? It’s a really short walk to a very nice Kroger which came in handy. You can walk just a few blocks for a trolly. So the house is in a great location and was very comfortable and pleasant.
