Stayed here on June 11 to June 13 th part of the hotel fell on my car along with other cars I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to fix my car they refunded my stay of 292 dollars but then they have tried charging be 1100 dollars I’m not sure why and I can’t find out because no one will answer the phone when you call them what is going on here

First of all this is an Econolodge , lower end less expensive hotel.This isnt the Hilton Garden - I will tell you my Room was super clean, it was quiet the whole stay & everybody/staff was super polite & helpful. Especially Reggie the maint guy, I had few probs w/ TV & Remote -Reggie continually worked through it until we got a solution. Overall pleasant stay w/ several restaurants,shops,etc close by.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower ran out of hot water, bathroom sink was disgusting, some greasy goop on a design on the mirror. homeless person living in their car in the parking lot. “Security” lock on the door was a nail. Key quit working 2x in 24 hours. When I went to the office they didn’t ask for ID or anything. Just what room I was, and issued a new key. ALOT of questionable guests! I’d steer clear!
