This is the worst hotel experience in my life. With a prepaid room and a call from the road to confirm our later arrival time, The Marriott told us they didn’t have a room for us. Sent us to another company’s hotel, which was much more professional, but we’re told we had to go back to Marriott the next day. I had to pay for the alternate hotel and wait for reimbursement which still hasn’t been returned. Arrived and they didn’t have a room ready for us for 40 minute wait despite being told on the phone 1 hour previously. Our door didn’t lock. Mel is the valet and the only employee that cared and was helpful. I will never spend another Penny with any Marriott or partner. Never!

Trip didn’t inform that this hotel was under renovation, so there wasn’t no amenities, they didn’t have extra wash clothes, the toilet was extremely loud and the door, I was very dissatisfied about my stay at the Courtyard.

This property is at a good location and styling is nice, but it was rather dirty in our room, the hallways, and the elevator smelled absolutely terrible. It doesn’t seem like management keeps up this hotel well. Our bathroom was missing shampoo too

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in the future. Great location and the plus was our room was ready early checkin, front desk employee was an absolute pleasure and very attentative to us, just a happy helpful person in all. Valet service employees were a joy to talk wiwth and most helpful.

We stayed one night, staff was super friendly however when we got to our room the sheets hadn’t been changed and there was hair all over the sheets.
No trash bags in the rooms, only one towel, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed.

Right across the street from the hop on hop off sightseeing bus tour stop 1. Convenient to everything. Very friendly staff, comfortable room. Would always stay here.
