Baymont by Wyndham Savannah Midtown

Clean and cheap with basic beakfast provided. It is good a night stay.

Check in was quick as we had prepaid online. We were given keys to a room, went to the room to find it occupied by someone already! Back to the desk and received keys to a second room. The toilet in this room would not flush, we were given a plunger, that did not work. So we moved to room number three. This room was cold but clean and we had no further problems. We had planned to do laundry at this hotel but all the washers and dryers were broken. We also got up early one morning to use the Fitness Room only to find that all the cardio equipment was broken.

The hotel was convenient to the hospital we needed to be at. As for the hotel. They need to make sure that everything in the room works. Our toilet kept clogging up. The light bulb in bathroom turned into a strobe light. We asked the girl at the front desk before we left out to please have the maid service clean the room and change the linens and provide more toilet tissue and clean towels. We went out and came back and nothing was done. My key to the room never worked we had to keep asking the desk to key again for us. It was really not worth the rating I gave or the PRICE $$$$ I PAID FOR THE ROOM. I hope that the money the hotel held actually gets given back to me. I do know next time I come to Savannan, I WILL NOT USE THIS HOTEL. WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS and they didn't really care either and I paid a lot of money for that week I stayed and the cancellation policy SUCKS too, that's why I HAD to stay the entire time.

Front desk was unfriendly / slightly rude with what seemed to be an inconvenience to doing her job. Multiple issues with broken equipment-Refrigerator not working, ac / heater has dirty/white mold around the venting area and shower head leaks all over the floor on the side of the toilet area.

Lady whom check me in is a blessing to your company. So personable and amazing communication. Made me feel like I was the only thing going on in her world loved her!!!!

For what you pay it’s great! A 5-10 minute drive to everything Savannah has to offer. Staff was super nice and very accommodating. Free breakfast was great too! Free parking and the ice machines all worked.

One of the worst places we have stayed!! When we checked in there were homeless standing blocking the door and arguing. The desk lady was so rude and told me to hurry up! If I could have gotten a refund I would have immediately left. I felt unsafe and put a chair in front of our door.

As soon as we pulled up, I had to look up the property on ******* to make sure we were at the right place. The pictures are deceiving. It is ran down. We checked in, but were weary before we even got out of the car. There was a truck thumping loud music with a couple of guys drinking and cussing in the parking lot. It was 6pm on a Sunday.. we were walking in and there was open luggage behind the door to get in, and a woman pacing the parking lot on the phone arguing with someone loudly. We tried to avoid moving the luggage to step inside, and it just smelled rank. The front desk lady wasn't very friendly, but we got our key and went to the room. You had to use your key card to even get on the elevator. The buttons were broked on the elevator. The room was outside on the 2nd floor. The truck with the guys was right across from our room. The door looked like someone tried to kick it in. We opened it and it smelled horrible. The sheets looked like someone was sitting on the bed. There was black mold in the toilet and tub. The floors and mirrors were dirty. It was dark and damp. There was a small air conditioner on the floor, and the men outside were so loud even with the door closed. I did not feel safe. We took our luggage back out to the car and I contacted ******* immediately. They called and talked to the front desk lady, and she told them I didn't come to her to complain. I didn't get a refund, I was out my money for 2 nights, being there only 45 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The first room we. We’re in was dirty. Hair and stains on bed. As the front desk lady was kind, she first gave us sheets to change the bed and then after the second time going up because the beds were dirty she changed our room. I was just a hassle and the room was gross.
