The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The cleanliness was satisfactory, the facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient, situated near the historic district and not far from the bridge. It was a great place, and I would stay there again next time.

The two front desk clerks at the beginning of check-in were very warm and answered all my questions, providing a lot of help to a stranger traveler. At that time, I thought that although the hotel’s facilities were average, its location was excellent and I would come back again in the future. The attitude of the front desk clerk during check-out was cold and indifferent. I saw her packing up the breakfast, and when I stood up to ask for another piece of bread, she said they didn't have any... I thought I wouldn't come next time, hahahaha

The only thing good about this place is location. The hotel doesn't look like it has been painted in years. The carpet in bedroom is dirty. The place just feels dirty. There was a sewage smell coming from bathroom. No complaints about bed, it was comfy but because everuthing around was dirty you didn't feel like lying in it

The hotel is in a great location. Brittany check me in she was very friendly and helpful explaining all the attractions and locations that Savannah had to offer. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is definitely old and outdated. The outside is rundown need to be remodeled as well as the inside.

The non smoking room was a non smoking room which was very nice. The room is very functional and everything ya need at hand. There are some tired edges maintenance wise. But all worked but one Ice machine. The Staff were one of the best parts of the Inn. They were lovely people and very helpful. One of the interesting aspects to this Inn is that it is close or at the edges of the hub of nightlife. People walking past at all hours, especially saturday nights. So I recommend ear plugs. And you need them anyway as Bay Rd is very busy.
