The hotel is clean but I had to ask almost every day for my room to be serviced. The bed was comfortable. The trolley car was extremely convenient for us to travel into town. The trolley car drivers are very reliable. The receptionist, Megan at the front desk was polite, helpful and professional.

The shuttle bus is good and convenient to downtown. The location is not very downtown and the parking fee is $25 per night.

Great position just 4 minutes walk from the waterfront historic precinct. Room was spotless and the beds super comfortable. Free shuttle to all parts of historic downtown was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel stay—from the front desk to the complimentary shuttle service, the staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. The hotel is within easy walking distance to River Street, which was a huge plus. Having the self-parking lot was an added bonus, allowing us to avoid the hassle of valet and in-and-out access. It was truly hard to leave Savannah because our stay was just that great!

Staff was great, especially at breakfast! Stay was not quite due to acoustics…. But appreciated the ear plugs even though I didn’t notice them until late. Otherwise very nice hotel.
