Just an overnight stay close to the airport for an early morning departure. Price wasn’t outrageous so will stay again if we get another early morning flight. Staff was very friendly.

The door slamming all night long and noise in the hallways made it impossible to sleep well. Walls are paper thin. Employees at reception are on cell phones and not very helpful. We asked for security latch to be repaired (missing screw rendered it useless) and it was never addressed. Asked if there was anywhere to refill water bottle and were told no, flatly. Breakfast is mediocre. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a safe zone.

This is our second stay here. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, safety of the facility/area and friendliness and efficiency of all staff. Only issue was the indoor pool and hot tub. They were both very cold. May need some maintenance. Will stay again though!

Basically the first thing you’ll find after the airport. Friendly staff in reception and breakfast. Nice renovated rooms while other parts are pretty worn down, like elevator pool and gym. The gym is small a needs to be cleaned.

I found a bed bug that i brought to the front desk and they switched my room (which i read online that that was OK) but they offered no compensation. The room was dirty it wasn't swept there were crumbs on the floor but i was so tired after driving 14 hours i didn't have the choice to go elsewhere.

Walls must be paper thin. Could hear doors slamming all night long. Worker in break area watching a guest get bacon and eggs to feed stray cats outside the door and not making any comments. Not a good experience at all

Only than the fact that there was no one to check me in — it was a nice hotel. After about 15 min of no one at the front desk (sign saying “be right back, helping another guest)
The airport pickup van drove up and the driver got out, help his guest out of the van and then came in and checked me in!!!
