Aupic Paradise

I needed a place near the airport so this was ok. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Only tap water to drink. No power sockets to fit my devices. Good restaurant food. Very average breakfast at best. I wouldn't choose here again.

The neighborhood was unknown and I was unsure what to expect but Eugene was very friendly and the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The shower could be improved and the water pressure wasn’t so good, took a while for hot water to become hot, but I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needed a air BnB.

A wonderful stay despite a rocky start! Our flight was delayed and we arrived after reception hours, but one quick phone call and someone was there to help us. To top it off, our booked room wasn't available, so they kindly upgraded us to a fantastic apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean. Great service and a lovely place.

Although I had an issue with just one coffee per stay it was great service. Eugene at check in went above and beyond. Check out I didn't realize was at 11 but they were patient with me. Kudos to the employees I interacted with they were awesome.

For what you got in the money you paid its okay.. also dining was good… and near the airport too so convinient… but did i enjoyed my stay? Not really..

The staff was professional especially Eugene always smiling, delroy is good just needs a little 😀 on his face more often . Second time going back will definitely go back

Convenient location near airport Last minute reservation for an close stay to the airport. My other hotel just canceled on me and Aupic Paradise was able to accommodate me last minute. Perfect for a stay needed super close and convenient to the airport. A no frills hotel with a not much else around. Our hostess was very kind and accommodating with helpingus get food and transportation.

This hotel is 6mins from the airport. I was very convenient for me. The staff very friendly

Customer service not great. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, paid in full and was told it is not available. They gave us 2 rooms, one for my daughter and I and a seperate room for my husband. Our room had a dead cockroach in the bathroom, dirty tub, felt unsafe. Needed help as my husband couldn't get in his room, went to the lobby and it was locked nobody around. Called the phone numbers at the lobby area but nobody answered. 3 hrs later person came to help us out. Bad smell, surroundings were awful, abandoned buildings was our view. Loud noise. We couldn't sleep. Happy to leave.
