Wow, this place is really something. The building is breathtaking, ther service first rate and the food was great. We stayed for 2 nights in mid/late September and the place was so quiet it did feel a bit creepy at first. Room was huge, spotlessly clean and has every amenity. Dinner was absolutely lovely on the first night. The service was so attentive and anything we asked for was provided. Breakfast the following morning was just as good with fresh omelets. And freshly made paratha. On the second evening we had dinner by the pool, which was really lovely and on our last morning we came down to breakfast to be shown to the same table by the pool but this time strewn with flower petals. Manor who runs the restaurant could not have done more to make our stay special, just fabulous service.

I cannot fault this hotel. Not only is it a beautiful building with lovely rooms but the atmosphere makes it such a special stay. It was the perfect place to relax on our busy trip. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help you. I really loved the little gift shop and the staff in there were very easy to get on with, actively asking about our safari experience. The laundry service was the best I've ever had on any trip! Clothes came back clean, ironed and sorted into item type too. The food was great too, lots of variety and always something new to try.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

​I recently stayed here, and honestly, I am completely blown away. This hotel sits right next to some of the biggest, most expensive names in the vicinity, but it gives you one of the best luxury feel ​​The service here is phenomenal. From the front desk to housekeeping, every single staff member is smiling, incredibly polite, and eager to help. They remember you and genuinely care about making your stay comfortable. You aren't just another room number to them ​The food alone is worth a visit. I tried both the breakfast buffet and room service, dinner buffet and everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully served. Instead of a giant buffet where the food sits out and goes cold, everything here tasted like it was cooked to order by a high-end chef. ​The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. My room was quiet, modern, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Since it shares the same prime neighborhood as the luxury brands, you get the absolute best location in town but keep plenty of money in your pocket. ​My Verdict: I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Exceptional service, elite food, and amazing value. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone! Kudos to team RHH

Very nice hotel. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed it. Nice rooms, green gardens and friendly staff. Very quiet at night.

Had a great couple of nights here and really enjoyed it lovely quirky rooms, excellent food and nice and quiet the hotel is in a traditional style and is as magical as the photos show book it quick as it sells out v quickly

Great welcome on arrival towels and rose water. Beautiful hotel, nice big rooms. Great food selection for dinner and breakfast. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

We loved the tranquilly and old colonial style and atmosphere. The staff were friendly and kind. We didn’t see a tiger on our safari but others did. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Rajastan.

We enjoyed our stay at this reasonably priced hotel. It was very flexible and accommodating with our very early arrival and our safari schedule. It’s located very close to Ranthambhore National Park. The layout of the hotel is interesting and in the traditional Rajasthan style. It has two floors and nice wide balconies and walkways with views of the cottages or gardens and trees surrounding the hotel. The pool looked nice but sadly too cold for us for a swim. The rooms in the main floor are a little dated, wifi was problematic but maybe the cottages were a little more modern. Staff were helpful and gave us portable heaters in the rooms as nights were cold. All staff were very attentive and looked after our schedule and needs and food was fine. We especially liked that in the evening they had a very knowledgeable person with a telescope who gave us a quick lecture and showed us some constellations and planets for a very small fee. Totally worth it and made it a highlight of our overnight stay. Of course we did see 3 tigers in the park and that too was amazing.

The hotel has a welcoming heritage atmosphere, with lovely green spaces at the entrance and a comfortable lobby lounge. A real highlight was the restaurant service—the staff were excellent, warm, and attentive. We felt like home-stay. The Indian buffet was tasty and satisfying after long safari days, and the small textile shop was a nice added touch and the prices are better than the textile shops in the village. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and traditional paintings, giving it a distinctive character, but with some eclectic decors like tiger paper wall and leopard carpets. January mornings and nights were quite cold - around 8C, and while a heater was provided, the bathroom was cold and shower water was warm rather than hot, which was not comfortable after freezing early safaris. Wi-Fi was not working during the stay. The location is mixed: the immediate surroundings are unattractive, with dirt roads and garbage, but the hotel is very close to Ranthambore National Park’s core zones, about a 10-minute drive, which is a big advantage. Morning safaris in January are very cold, so warm clothes are essential; the hotel provides blankets and taking two is helpful.

Each meal was a celebration—beautifully prepared, richly flavored, and thoughtfully presented. Whether enjoying traditional dishes or lighter fare, everything was fresh, balanced, and clearly made with love. After days of travel and exploration, returning to the haveli felt like returning to a sanctuary. There is a quiet elegance here that soothes the spirit and allows you to truly relax and be present. Absolutely.loved our stay at the Heritage haveli. More a homestead than a hotel. What a beautiful building with large rooms, set in lush grounds. The staff were so attentive and friendly. We only wish we'd been staying longer to use the outdoor pool and fabulous traditional loungers.

Hotel had lovely well kept grounds and clean swimming pool. It runs buffet style meals, and the staff are super attentive and helpful. The food choices are good and tasty. This enables the hotel to cater for guests out on tiger safaris. There was a local music and dance evening which was fun to join in. The only problem is the road to the hotel is unmade, and a challenge to drive over.
