It was a requirement to pay a $100 deposit. We stayed for two days the pool was closed and I paid before I arrived through trip advisor. There was no where stated about a deposit at all. Anyway we arrived on the 13th couldn’t pay the deposit with cash so had to go put money on my card. Tony that before we could even check in on a hot day sweating our hutts off. The clerk was nice but had to do his job. Also training a new employee. We checked out on the 15th and I realized later in the week I forgot about my deposit I called they said it takes 3-10 business days to receive it back in my card. By day 12 I still have not received it. I looked at my statement and and it said $100.80 sale. So they not only kept my deposit but rang it in as a sale with no card present and for more than was agreed. I called the manager was an Indian guy with an attitude accused us of having dogs 2 and said we checked out at 12:30. But we were out of the room by 11 and I had to rearrange my trailer and the bed of my truck so we didn’t leave until 12-12:30. And we didn’t have dogs with us. So they charged me 30 bucks per dog per day. And kept my deposit. There was no way to get through to this guy he just had it in his head that he was entitled. So short story short it was ok for cleanliness the manager was a total slum all thief and the amenities weren’t open. I won’t go back to that place and I would never recommend them to stay. What a way to lose my money because they don’t disclose the deposit and I paid ahead of time to help shed some of the process and just get in and relax.
