Just had a great 2 night stay here and will definitely be back! Lovely house,clean,warm, comfortable,decorated beautifully throughout and very peaceful.Annie & Alex make you feel very welcome and comfortable as soon as you arrive and are just the nicest hosts.You really can't go wrong choosing this place.

Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good value place to stay in Scarborough. Annie & Alex were the most charming, hospitable, friendly and welcoming hosts who couldn’t do enough to ensure our 2 night stay was most enjoyable. Free parking available right outside the property and great advice regarding places to visit and eat. Just a short stroll from the North beach area too. Alex’s breakfasts were cooked to order using locally sourced ingredients and were among the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in any B&B. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when we return to Scarborough. Thank you!

Everything was perfect and amazing value for money. Annie and Alex the perfect hosts. Breakfast is first class and it quiet and extremely clean and comfortable. We have already booked three nights in August for the cricket festival. The location is perfect to walk to the north bay attractions and parking was free and directly outside.

Room was spotless, bed was really comfortable had 2 good nights sleeps. Good size bathroom too. guest house is well managed X Annie and Alex are a lovely welcoming couple. Breakfast was spot on. Definitely recommend if you're after a peaceful stay.

What an amazing find. My room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities and the guest house is close to the North Beach and Peasholm Park. It was my first time to stay in a UK guest house so I wasn't sure what to expect. The hosts, Annie and Alex are wonderfully warm and make you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back to visit.

Lovely warm welcome by Annie and Alex set the scene for a relaxing two night stay in Scarborough. Rooms are spotless and serviced with ample tea/coffee etc. Chocolate biscuits on the coffee tray are a nice touch. Perfect hosts; they recommended venues in the surrounding area which we took advantage of. I'm sure we'll be back when the April showers have vacated. Thanks, Tony & Denise.

My husband and I visited over Easter weekend and St.Michaels was a full house. Our stay was a lovely experience from start to finish. There were lots of little touches (a personal pre-arrival text, good size mugs and Yorkshire tea, properly good pillows) but it was the warm welcome and kindness from Annie and Alex that meant we felt right at home and will definitely visit again. We've been lucky to stay in some expensive hotels in our time but have never had a better breakfast or more caring hosts anywhere in the world. Thank you!
