"The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's close to the subway station, and you can even walk directly from the hotel across the bridge to Orange Isle. Plus, it offers quick access to various other nearby attractions. The hotel is spread across three floors: the lobby and breakfast area are located on the 7th floor, while guest rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. The ground floor entrance and lobby are shared with other businesses. To check in, you'll first need to take the elevator to the 7th floor to obtain your room card, which then grants access to the guest room floors. Breakfast is decent; while it doesn't compare to a five-star hotel, it's definitely better than what you'd find at an average express hotel. In the evening, the 7th floor also offers a pleasant spot to relax with some tea, chat, enjoy the scenery, feel the breeze, and listen to music. The hotel's decor is quite good, and amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and hairdryers are all of high quality. The toilets are smart bidets, and rooms also come with a mini-fridge. While the in-room smart voice control works, guests not fluent in Mandarin might find it easier to use the manual switches. For evening meals, you'll find plenty of dining choices right on the hotel's street, all within a short walk. Shopping at Wanda Plaza is also conveniently close. The only downside is the children's pool on the 7th floor. It's very small and shallow, really only suitable for toddlers to splash in. More importantly, the soundproofing around the pool is poor. Guests in rooms 608, 609, and 610, which are directly below the pool, reported being disturbed by children playing in the water as late as 11 PM. This was quite noisy and negatively impacted their rest and mood. I strongly advise against booking these three rooms, especially during summer, as the noise can be genuinely disruptive. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it as a top choice for anyone visiting Changsha."

"A huge thank you to our butler O! The room she arranged for us was excellent. She meticulously followed up on our preferred room type and all check-in requirements, which we found incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We were truly delighted by such personalized service. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic – very rich, diverse, and well-stocked, with delicious food, and the dining area offered a wonderful view. They even gifted us snack vouchers for Huogongdian. Our butler truly went above and beyond, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfectly managed. As for local specialties, the stinky tofu, though pungent, was incredibly delicious, and the crayfish was exceptionally tasty. The hotel itself offers beautiful overall views, and we stayed in a lovely Japanese-style room. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Everything was top notched in this hotel ! Check in was a breeze and the lift took us to 57 storey! High unblock river view was breathtaking, the bed was comfortable and has extra sofa at window side. Layout is good and spacious with dedicated attention to details. Called reception for extra water and within minutes it came. Breakfast spread has variety of choices but we had little time left as the waitress told us it closes at 10am. Best thing, it is situated very near walking street and Hai Xin Guang Chang. Highly recommended although price is steep, but will return someday. Hopefully Grand Hyatt will drop its prices.."

"For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!"

"Not recommend for the price I paid. When we arrived at 3pm, CS told me the room wasn't ready, while it mentioned that check in time is from 11am onwards. There was only one hanger holder in the bathroom to hand towel, no where to put any changed clothes. This hotel located in a commercial building together with another hotel, so was little challenging to find. Overall with the price I paid for a three persons room, not worth it. Location is good as it's quite close to 五一廣場"

"I am very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The subway is next to the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. The room was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was also very delicious with a lot of variety. Xiaoyou at the front desk is enthusiastic and proactive in providing help."

"It was a pleasant stay. Live band was a highlight. The only mark down is that there isn’t clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking area in the bar. I was torn between wanting to enjoy the live band but want to stay away from second hand smoke."

"I booked this hotel with my friends. The room was clean and hygienic. The hotel design style was very good. The lighting was warm and comfortable for the eyes. The front desk manager was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. He helped us wash our clothes and folded them and sent them to our room. Parking was very convenient. It was just below the hotel. It was very close to the Hunan Provincial Museum and only took a few minutes to walk. I recommend this hotel for travel. It is very convenient and affordable to check in and travel."

"I stayed with my friends. The hotel room was very clean and tidy, and the environment was very good. I went out for a walk in the middle of the night and the air was very fresh. I came to see hi6. Xiao Hu at the front desk enthusiastically showed me the way and prepared gifts and snacks. My friend also said that he would stay here again next time he comes. Hahaha🤣"
