Warm lighting strips combined with wooden lines create a serene ambiance reminiscent of a Jiangnan water town. 🧀 Guest rooms are adorned with ink cloud-patterned background walls, wooden slat headboards, and turquoise soft furnishings, complemented by brass hardware. The details are exquisite without being ostentatious. 🥬 The bathrooms utilize grey stone-patterned tiles and smart toilets. Retro brass faucets and an excellent wet/dry separation complete the space. 🌽 Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options: Chinese fried noodles, steamed dim sum (shumai, corn), seasonal vegetables, coffee, and tea are all available. 💕 I particularly recommend the Chaozhou Guoguo Tiao, along with a selection of sauces (peanut butter, satay sauce, etc.), allowing you to create an authentic Chaoshan flavor. 🍖 The dining area is clean and tidy, with timely refills, and the service staff are very friendly."

It's also super close to all the attractions and delicious food spots. I absolutely loved it, definitely a big thumbs up! "The air in the room was incredibly fresh, and the bedding smelled like it had been sun-dried. The afternoon sun was lovely. Even though it's an old house that's been renovated, the interior was very clean and tidy, with even the corners spotless. The best part was that when we checked in, the owner gave us a local travel guide. It covered special attractions and local snacks, and was even more detailed than the guide we'd prepared ourselves! It included things like the opening and closing times for Guangji Bridge, the estimated Didi (ride-hailing) fare to Han Wen Gong Ci, and even tips for avoiding bad street-side herbal fruit vendors! When we checked out, they even gave us a Chaozhou souvenir. The owner was super nice! The room was clean, and the service was warm and welcoming!"

"This is a peculiar hotel with reception on the 1st floor and the front desk and restaurant on the 5th floor. It was my first time booking a Hampton suite, and I was quite surprised. There was only a TV partition wall instead of a solid wall, but the view was truly excellent, and my little one loved it. A big shout-out to Auntie Zhu from housekeeping! Seeing we had a baby, she proactively brought us toothbrushes, slippers, a bathtub liner, and a toilet seat cover. More importantly, she was incredibly polite and made us feel right at home. The only downside was that the restaurant downstairs was quite noisy at night, and I could hear it from my room, which I didn't like."

"The West Lake is right across the road, offering great views of the mountains and water. There's also a tea set and tea tools, and they even provided Fenghuang Dancong tea for tasting. It's super convenient to the ancient city, just a short walk away. Before I left, the lady at the front desk even gave me some delicious baked biscuits. Thumbs up!"

"This trip to Chaozhou was our annual getaway with my octogenarian parents. Since they enjoy lively areas, I chose a hotel near Chaozhou Ancient City. I meticulously compared various options beforehand, and after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised and even more satisfied than I expected. This stay was truly fantastic, a definite five-star experience! The hotel has a grand atmosphere, and its location makes getting around very convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and all the staff we encountered were enthusiastic and polite. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable; my parents slept soundly until morning. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the shrimp balls were particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

Everyone, from the front desk staff and bellhops to the room attendants, was incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. This made us feel very welcome as first-time visitors. Their service truly deserves praise! The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and the bedding was comfortable.
